Also within easy walking distance are the well-stocked “Super Lama” supermarket, an ATM, the Texaco gas station with a beer garden, and the 24/7 pharmacy—all right across from the residence’s entrance.

In just a few minutes by car, you can reach additional grocery stores, various shopping centers with many shops, restaurants, bars, and ATMs, as well as numerous well-known nightclubs (e.g., Coco Bongo, Imagen, Drink Point, Infinity).

The vacation rental features a spacious living area—with a large, fully equipped kitchen, a large dining area, a modern hi-fi system with CD and Bluetooth, and cozy lounging areas—both indoors and on the front balcony (overlooking the path to the beach) as well as on the back balcony (offering a relaxing view of a pristine forest).

The vacation rental features a bathroom with a walk-in shower and hot water.

Water and electricity are available 24 hours a day, day and night, in the residential area.

You can use the free Wi-Fi anywhere in the vacation rental. Upon request, you can receive a portable Wi-Fi hotspot and/or an affordable local SIM card for your smartphone.

The spacious living room also features a large TV with internet TV and a spacious workspace for remote work.
