Street level parking is available, and it is only a 15-minute walk to the centre of Kalkan, although a taxi ride may be more appropriate for the uphill walk back to the villa.
Ground Floor
The ground floor of Villa Kayra comprises a large open plan living/dining area, complete with a lounge, dining room, and modern kitchen equipped with a dishwasher, fridge,freezer with ice maker, microwave, oven, filtre coffee machine, toaster, hob, and extractor. There is also a utility room with a washing machine, iron, and ironing board.
The first of the villa's six bedrooms is located on this floor, featuring a double bed, mounted TV, armchair, bedside tables, access to a furnished terrace, and an adjacent shower room.

On the first floor, there are three bedrooms: a double bedroom with a dressing room and an en-suite shower room with access to a private balcony; a double bedroom with a bed facing the sea views, an en-suite shower room and jacuzzi bath, and a twin bedroom with a dressing room and en-suite shower room sharing a balcony with one of the double bedrooms.

The top floor features the master double bedroom with a wall-mounted TV, dressing area, en-suite shower room, and Jacuzzi, as well as a twin bedroom with a dressing area and en-suite shower room. Both bedrooms have access to a shared furnished roof terrace.

Bedroom 4 - A twin bedroom (two twin beds 190cm x 90cm) with a dressing room and en-suite shower room. This bedroom shares the balcony with one of the double bedrooms on this floor.
