A beautiful 2 bedroomed, Victorian terraced house that's located near Preston City Centre, UCLAN and the train station that can sleeps up to six people.
The property has high-speed internet, free on-street parking, dining table and chairs, fully equipped kitchen and small yard.
The house still has some of the beautiful Victorian features in including the moulding and high ceilings.
The living room has a Smart-TV, sofa beds, sofa, Wi-Fi router and lots of space!
The hall leads to the open plan dining area with dining table and chairs, leading to the kitchen area. The kitchen has a dishwasher, fridge, freezer, lots of cooking equipment and utensils, cutlery and dining ware.
Upstairs there are two double bedrooms both with two single beds that can be pushed together to make double beds. Each room is massive and has plenty of storage for your luggage.
The family bathroom has a bath, over bath shower, sink and toilet. There is a small utility closet with a combination washer/dryer and the central heating system.
On-street parking outside the front of the property and there is a small back yard that gets sun during the summer time.
You will have access to the whole apartment during your stay.
We will provide a check-in code for the key-safe on the day of check-in if you've signed our terms and conditions, provided your photo id and if required paid the security deposit.
We will not be on site, however, if the online guest book cannot answer your question, you can message us. If there is an emergency you will have access to our 24/7 emergency number. Remote check-in via a smart lock box, there is a Ring doorbell to monitor the number of guests checking into the property.
The property is in a quiet residential street in the Broadgate area of Preston. There are pubs, restaurants and small convenience stores within walking distance.
A bit further away is the docks, which has KFC, McDonalds, Morrisons Supermarket, B&M, Starbucks, Cinema and other entertainment. The docks is nice to walk around.
You can walk into the City centre, there is a lot of entertainment etc.
The property is between 20-30 minutes walk into the town centre via Fishergate Hill.
The motorway junctions are a short distance from the house, which connect you to the whole of the UK.
Preston has excellent bus connections throughout the city and nationally.
You are not far from Preston Train Station which is a mainline train station which means you can be in Scotland and London in just over two hours if needed.
There are many taxi companies in the city and we provide numbers in the electronic guestbook.
