Welcome to our stylish one-bedroom apartment in the heart of Kennington, where comfort meets convenience! Nestled on the third floor of a charming Art Deco converted building, this cosy retreat promises a delightful stay for guests exploring London.
As you step inside, you'll be greeted by a welcoming open-plan living, dining, and kitchen area. Sink into the plush sofa or armchair and unwind while enjoying your favourite shows on the 50-inch TV, equipped with Disney+, Netflix, and Amazon Prime. The fully equipped kitchen boasts modern appliances, including an oven, hob, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, Tassimo coffee maker, and soda stream. Whether you're whipping up a gourmet meal or enjoying a quick snack, you'll find everything you need here. Sit down to dine at the table with comfortable chairs, or utilize it as a workspace during your stay.
Bedroom & Bathroom:
The bedroom features a comfortable queen-sized bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep after a day of exploring the city. A built-in wardrobe provides ample storage space for your belongings, while a table and chair offer a dedicated workspace if needed. The bathroom offers a full-sized family bathroom with a luxurious bathtub and a refreshing waterfall shower, perfect for unwinding after a day of sightseeing.

For your convenience, the apartment includes a washer/dryer, iron, ironing board, standing heater, travel cot, and a high chair, making it ideal for families with little ones.

DURING YOUR STAY
- Standard check-in time is 3pm onwards, and check-out time is before 11am. One extra night will be charged for late checkout.
- The full address will be provided prior to your check-in, together with the access details.
- A £100 will be applied for late checkout. Please note that a fee of £60 will be charged for call out if you forget the keys inside the flat. The full cost of lock replacement will be charged for lost keys - please be careful with them.
- Our property is professionally cleaned and is set up to be remote access, ensuring there is no direct contact with anyone needed.The linen and towels are removed from the property after each stay and replaced with freshly laundered supplies.
- Mid-stay cleaning is available during your stay if needed at an extra charge.
- Our lovely neighbours have families and need to protect them so if there is any excessive noise or music at antisocial hours, we will be notified and so will the local council. Please be sure to respect this wonderful community of neighbours.
