It is a self checkin and we make it as easy as possible for you to get into the apartment. You will get all relevant information a few days before your checkin and you can contact me any time via Airbnb during daytime until the evening :-) Please note that we have a guest form to be filled out, the same way as you have it in hotels too. This can be done easily upfront on the PC. As this apartment is in a residentual area with neighbors, quiet times are needed after 10 PM at night (room level noise after that time). Therefor we have a noise alert device installed that notifies the host in case it should get too loud.

Incredible location 5 minutes from chapel Bridge.

Nice condo on top floor of building with good views and easy walk to restaurants and groceries.Could use more frying pans and both bedrooms should have mirrors, but otherwise great. Very clean and well maintained. Wonderful balcony.

The place was in a very convenient location. It took about 10 minutes to walk from the train station and close to restaurants and shopping. It was clean and spacious compared to a hotel room. I would definitely stay there again.

Great Lucerne location

Nice 2 bedroom apartment right near everything. Very clean and great check in instructions. Our family of 4 adults were very comfortable. We had some challenges with the extended parking but parking location was very close and convenient otherwise.

Great location

Great location for Old Town Lucerne, beautiful views of the mountain! The apartment was very clean and accessible. A few things to note would be the limited supply of toilet paper. As a family traveling through Europe, it was inconvenient for us to make stops to grab toilet paper while we had booked excursions and trips throughout the area. It was the only place we stayed where we had to worry about that. Additionally, the laundry is misleading and is by appointment only for the entire building. This is also tough when you are traveling and don’t have flexible timing. We were under the assumption it was in unit. Otherwise, a great space especially if you are touching down shortly in Lucerne!

Falsely Advertised

The photos are completely misleading. The unit had none of the artwork, Pillows, Bedding, or Area Rugs that were in the photos. The furniture in the living room and kitchen table and chairs also were not as in the photos, and were in poor condition and uncomfortable. It was a very dreary unit. I contacted the host Lukas and the responses were placating. When further pushed stated that he did not feel it should impact our stay. I disagree. This unit should be taken off the site. It reflects badly for VRBO and I will never book again.

The property was very centrally located and made it very convenient for us to access the rest of the country for various activities. The property managers were extremely responsive and helpful. However, note for families: the street on which this property is located is very loud. We should have realized that the property did not have air conditioning. Also, there were some issues with cleanliness. Some of stuff from previous renters were left behind and the blankets didn’t seem too clean.

Perfect location. Very quiet and we felt safe. Lots of shop nearby. Host was great. Highly recommend and will stay here again, when time permits.
