Airy, bright and compact apartment, squeezing the comforts of a summer house in just 40sqm. Designed to ensure the privacy of the couple in a separate bedroom, while the kids sleep at the living room. A fully equipped kitchen & a modern bathroom with monsoon shower complete the amenities of the flat, along with views to the village & the blue sea. Exceptionally well located on a hill at the outskirts of N. Marmaras, just 400m from the beach & the village centre with plenty shops & restaurants.
This airy and bright, 40sqm apartment that can accommodate up to 4 people is one (1) of the six (6) independent Alterra Vita Apartments.
It offers you a unique and elegant space, ensuring you a stay with comfort and luxury. Ideal for family holidays or for couples who want to relax. Top benefits the only few stairs to the flat, the two balconies, the outdoors dining table with sea view and the brand new bathroom with the monsoon shower; also, the short walking distance from supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Car is recommended if you want to explore the nice Sithonia beaches around.

The apartment is located on the 1st floor (about 15 steps/stairs) and it can accommodate up to 4 people- 2 in the main bedroom and 2 at single beds in the living room where they can be isolated from the rest of the space by means of blackout curtains. An extra bed can come out so that 5 people can stay (but it is not recommended due to the lack of space - only recommended for a 3rd small kid).
The master bedroom includes a double queen bed (160cmx200cm) and a 2nd balcony while the first balcony has access from the open-space living room/kitchen area and there you can have your breakfast while enjoying the sea view.
The bathroom is fully renovated with a monsoon shower and essential bathroom amenities.
The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary appliances and cooking basics.
2 balconies - one in the master bedroom and one in the open-space living room/kitchen
All the beds, collapsible or not, are very comfortable to sleep on.
The room is equipped with a small flat panel LCD TV with HDMi connectivity (for laptops, gaming systems etc.)
