Further to all the above-standard amenities, the unique feature of the house is the Sauna inside the bathroom which is located in the ground floor. the property also offers a large roof terrace where you can also choose to relax and enjoy your privacy whilst at the same time being in the center of everything. The living room has access to the balcony viewing to Arkadiou street, the most popular shopping and busy street of Rethymno.

The apartment is comprised of a fully equipped kitchen and lounge area with a large flat-screen TV, 2 bedrooms, which also including flat-screen TVs and 2 bathrooms.

Kristin's Place is situated merely 100 m from the beach and beach road, 20 m from the main shopping street of Rethymno, 280 meters away from the Archaeological Museum of Rethymno and 100 meters away from Centre of Byzantine Art.
