Villa ALONI is located in the village of Mariou, Municipality of Agios Vasilios Regional unit of Rethymnon. Τhe distance from Retymmno city is 30 klm . This stone-built house (450 sq.m.) is designed to meet all the modern needs of a holiday home. One can sit in the evening light to enjoy some relaxing time in the shade of the olive trees or even late at night under the starry sky. The location offers an unobstructed view from the hinterland to the shores of the Libyan sea.

The villa is built inside what was once a small agricultural threshing floor at the edge of the village with a completely open horizon, a fact which, due to the winds, facilitated the threshing of wheat during the summer season. Later it hosted the small farmhouse of a newly married young couple.

The villa was originally built on the footprints of the old stone single-storey house where the couple lived but today there is the addition of a floor and the whole house is designed with all the modern comforts of a villa.

The stone-built house is still located on an area of 450 square meters. The use of stone was chosen in accordance with the same material used by the villagers to build their houses in the past. The wall that surrounds it gives it absolute privacy. The outdoor area is designed to meet all the modern needs of a holiday home. There is a swimming pool of 30 square meters, with umbrellas and sunbeds. Also a BBQ where one can grill and then enjoy their food in the outdoor but sun protected dining area which can seat up to 8 people. There is also a covered terrace where one can enjoy their coffee or drink and also an open space behind, laid out as a garden. Also right next to the villa one can sit just like the locals do in the evening light to enjoy some relaxing time in the shade of the olive trees or even late at night under the starry sky.
Villa ALONI is ideal for children too, as very close to the villa, about 30 meters away, there is a playground for our little guests.

The interior of the villa on the lower floor includes a fully equipped modern kitchen.
Also on the ground floor there is a dining and recreation area with a QLED TV and computer.

On the lower floor there is a bedroom with two single beds, TV and en suite bathroom.

On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms with a double bed each, both equipped with a QLED TV and a complete bathroom between them (with a sink and toilet on the one part , and a shower on the other). The two bedrooms also share a balcony with astonishing view.
