Luxurious 2BR - Stunning Views Dubai Creek Harbour

Hi Everyone,

Thanks for checking out our apartment in Dubai that we actually use ourselves when in the UAE, so it's a really beautiful place that's been designed to feel like a home (not a short term rental). Also, you'll be in contact with me personally - not some third party agency.

The apartment has a luxury finish with beautiful features, including a large balcony overlooking Dubai Creek Marina and the Downtown skyline. Please check out our photos As soon as you enter the Creekside 18 building you are greeted with a bright and luxurious entrance. Our concierge will be of assistance and direct you to our apartment floor.

Once you enter our 2BR apartment you will enter the hallway to the kitchen in your left hand side. The Kitchen has all the modern appliances to allow you to fulfil your cooking needs. Our Kitchen comes fully equipped and allows you to practise your culinary needs without leaving the apartment. An essential coffee maker also for all those who are coffee lovers. You can enjoy your morning coffee with at the breakfast bar or on our balcony in our comfy chairs overlooking the marina.

Our tranquil living area has a sofa that you can curl up in and relax. We have also included a 70inch HD 4k TV to help you wind down after a long day with access to your usual streaming services.

The dining area allows you to sit up to 6 people and is the perfect spot to have a family dinner. All silverware and cookware is supplied.

We have 2 very spacious bedrooms and both have their own bathrooms. This includes a shower and a bath. The master bedroom is an ensuite and it has a 'His & Hers' sink with huge mirrors to allow you to get ready in the morning.
Also included is the huge wardrobe area to allow you to store all your clothes and belongings.

Our Balcony is one of our favourite spots. The living area opens up to the large balcony offering the most amazing views and light. We enjoy our morning coffee and evening dinner overlooking the Marina and Downtown skyline. It has 4 very comfortable chairs along with foot rests and coffee table. We also have swinging egg chair that is perfect for some peaceful afternoon reading.
Guest access
Guests have full access to the pool, gym, kids pools and play area. Parking is also included if you have access to a car.

Residents will enjoy the spectacular views along the promenade and will discover the Island Park, a magnificent marina, yacht club and five-star hotels nearby.

Dubai Creek Harbour is the new Downtown and is very pedestrian friendly. In terms of restaurants and cafes our apartment 2 mins walk away from the Vida Hotel for breakfast, lunch or dinner. Other restaurants are Mondoux , Soul Green (Asian vegetarian food) Pizza Hut and KFC. If you need some last minute amenities there are 2 supermarkets minutes from our apartment. Both are open from 7am to 10pm.

Every Friday from 2pm onwards you can get a boat from the Marina to Festival city for 2AED. Last boat back to the Marina is at 9:30pm
Other things to note
Absolutely no smoking anywhere in the apartment including the balcony! There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking in the property. If we discover any evidence that this rule has been breached (e.g., smoke smell, ashes, butts, etc.) we fully reserve the right to charge an AED 1800 smoking fee, at minimum.


House parties are not allowed.

Chinese Guests are very welcome & I speak a little Chinese.
