Located on a hillside on the south coast of Rethymno, Kumo Villas is a complex of four private villas, around 4 km from the sand dunes beach of Agios Pavlos. The villas feature a clean, minimal design and offer modern amenities for a comfortable stay. Set in a quiet location, the property looks out over the southern Cretan Sea and provides open, panoramic views.


Kumo Residence is the largest villa in the Kumo Villas complex, offering three en-suite bedrooms, a 40 m2 heated pool, and expansive sea views. The ground-floor villa covers 160 m2 and comfortably accommodates up to six guests. The south-facing facade features floor-to-ceiling glass panels, creating a seamless connection between the interior and the surrounding landscape. Natural light fills the living spaces, highlighting the high-quality branded furniture and decor from Flos and Baxter, set against an industrial-inspired palette of black, white, and grey.

-All bedrooms include individually controlled A/C, suitcase stands, vanities, CocoMat mattresses, and outdoor seating area

-Private swimming pool: 40 m2, 1.50 m deep, ladder access, can be heated for the entire stay upon request (additional charge), equipped with sunbeds, side tables, and poolside shower
-Outdoor cooking station with portable electric grill, sink, and dining area for 8 under a pergola
-Outdoor seating area with corner sofa and coffee table under a pergola
-Rear outdoor space for recreation: ping pong table, climbing structure, slide, boxing bag, additional seating lounge under a pergola, and a hammock
-Private entrance and driving lot with space for 2 cars inside villa premises
-Fully fenced property with gated entrance for privacy and security


Important Accommodation Notes:
* Kumo Villas are not recommended for children under 10 years old, as there are not suitable safety measures for small kids.
* To reach Kumo villas, you will cross a small dirt road which is rocky, so it is recommend that you rent a Jeep-like type of car or SUV. Also, the rural area around the Villa can be better explored with such a car (normal cars can access it as well, but they have not to be low).
* We kindly ask all our guests to respect the tranquility and quietness of the area, as well as their neighbours.


Accommodation cost excludes Climate Resilience Tax. The amount for the accommodation type is set at EUR2 per night from April to October and EUR0.5 per night from November to March, payable upon check-in.
