Aldo 315 offers comfortable self-catering accommodation in a cosy holiday home with a contemporary farmhouse feel, located in a beautifully lush garden. It is situated in Voelklip in Hermanus, just a short drive from Grotto Beach.

An artistic external door invites guests into a wonderland of privacy, and dining under the shade of the verandah, with the Overberg mountains visible just over the wall.

The rustic home can accommodate 8 guests and comprises 4 bedrooms, 3 of which are in the main house. The fourth bedroom is in the cottage. The main bedroom contains a queen-size bed and has garden access. The second bedroom contains a double bed and has garden access, and the third bedroom is a kiddies bedroom with 2 single beds. This room is suitable for young children needing to be close to their parents. The bedrooms have access to 2 shared bathrooms with a bath and shower. The fourth bedroom in the cottage is furnished with 2 single beds and an en-suite bathroom. The cottage has garden access, as well as side steps to a quaint treetop roof terrace.

The house comprises an open-plan kitchen and dining area, and a lounge. The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, an electric hob and oven, a microwave, a kettle and toaster, a coffee filter machine, and a dishwasher, as well as cleaning materials. In the lounge is a Smart TV, a lounge bean bag, and a wood-fired fireplace.

Guests can enjoy the private, well-cared-for garden, as well as the outdoor seating area for alfresco dining, the sunny roof terrace, and braai facilities. Parking is also available to guests, and the property is secure with an alarm system. In addition, there is space for kayak and surf-ski storage should this be required.
