Les Naturelles is a 4 star complex. The apartment building is situated in the town of Leukerbad in the Valais region of Switzerland, the largest thermal resort in the Alps. The apartments are bright and airy and have a balcony with stunning views overlooking the mountains.
This rental is a 1-bed apartment combined with the Studio next door with a private communal hallway joining the 2 apartments, sleeping up to 7 guests in total. The apartments each have a fully equipped kitchen with all the kitchen cooking and serving utensils you could need.
Ski locker and underground parking included for 2 vehicles.
A communal laundry room facility is available.
For breakfast fresh bread and croissants are available through reception.
Les Naturelles is a five minute walk from the main ski lift which takes you to the top of the Torrent, 2800m.
The Leukerbad area: Leukerbad is situated in the heart of the Alps at a height of 1400m. It is the largest thermal resort in the Alps. Around four million litres of thermal spring water gush out of the rock every day. It flows into whirlpool baths and steam baths, supplies massage showers and saunas, feeds 22 swimming pools and contributes to 250 different wellness treatments. Great for a wellness break or after a long day on the slopes or to relax after a long hike.
Leukerbad boasts over 200 km of hiking trails in the Summer, a via-ferrata route that climbs to the Daubenhorn, a magnificent panorama from the Torrent region and a sports centre where guests can enjoy tennis, squash, badminton, table tennis, mini-golf.
The Valais region: The Valais region of Switzerland is truly the heart of the Alps - home to the country's highest peaks, extreme mountain terrain and renowned ski resorts such as Zermatt and Verbier. But a visit to the region does not have to mean just skiing, as even in Winter there is plenty to explore for the non-skier.
Hiking, adventures, culture and gastronomy can all be enjoyed in stunning surroundings. 8000km of hiking trails meander across mountains and through forests under a sun which seems to shine forever. The Valais region enjoys 320 days sunshine on average per year and as a result miles and miles of vineyards can be found clinging to the mountain slopes in the Summer. The neighbouring village of Varen has earned itself a reputation as a leader in the production of organic wine.
The Valais region also owns a region which UNESCO has designated as the first alpine heritage area in the world thanks to the Aletsch Glacier, the longest in Europe.
