Theophilos 2 (Dio) is an attractive two-bedroom apartment in an ideal location in Agios Stefanos on the NE of Corfu, with stunning bay views, a beautiful balcony overlooking the harbour below, a stone's throw from the local amenities, and tranquil local beaches.
Theophilos 2 features two airy and air-conditioned bedrooms, and it is spacious for a family or party of 4 persons.
Layout
This elegant apartment features an open-plan living/dining and kitchen area connected via a small hallway with the bedrooms.
One twin and one double bedroom are shared between the property's family bathrooms and are air-conditioned.
This charming apartment is partitioned with Theofilos Ena, sharing the large front balcony - although separated in the middle - and can be rented together for a more prominent family or party of 6, who would like to spend their holiday in Agios Stefanos, the most cosmopolitan resort on the island.
Location
Theophilos 2 is very close to the lovely beaches of Avlaki and Kerasia and the famous village of Kassiopi.

We loved the flat - suited us perfectly. We were there for two weeks. Lovely view, great location, friendly and helpful owner, delightful cleaner who came in every few days to tidy and change the sheets ... we so enjoyed our stay and would stay here again if we returned to the area.

Apartment is in a great location in San Stefanos, which has a couple of bars and 4 restaurants. Apartment was clean and tidy. Good size lounge/kitchen. Both bedrooms are a decent size. Lovely balcony overlooking the harbour. Would come again

Lovely stay in delightful San Stephanos

This was a terrific apartment with a nice balcony and windows to enjoy the terrific views of the harbor below. The apartment was a stones throw from the nearest restaurant. It is a very comfortable and well appointed property with a full kitchen. Unfortunately you do need to bring all your own supplies for cooking (spices, oils, coffee, cream,) and toiletries. Tea and a couple of very nice tiny jars of marmalade were provided which we enjoyed on our toast. We would definitely stay here again if we get the opportunity.

it is a lovely apartment

we stayed in this apartment for 2 weeks, we have been to San Stephanos many times before but not in this apartment, we found it very clean and tidy, plenty of room in the lounge area, the bedrooms are also of a good size, the kitchen has modern units again very clean, the balcony has a good space with wonderful views, the only negative is the close proximity to Theophilos 1 on the balcony, as there is only a partition to separate the balcony area. but it is a lovely apartment

Nice apartment

Theophilos is a lovely apartment large and spacious. We hired a boat had great fun visiting different bays. The White House at Kalami was in a beautiful bay and had a nice restaurant. Be aware that you really do need to hire a car in this resort - we thought wed be able to get taxis but it was not easy out of season and the taxis have to come from Kassiopi to collect you. All the tavernas in Agios Stephanos were open whilst we were there. We left on 25th October and everything that was still open was planning to close that weekend. All in all a great holiday. Very peaceful as there were hardly any tourists.

Peaceful and quiet location

Relaxing holiday in a very peaceful and quiet location. Good choice of restaurants and bars with friendly accommodating staff which combined to ensure an enjoyable holiday. Theophilos 2 apartment was well equipped comfortable and clean ideally situated for said restaurants and bars. The owner lived nearby and was there if required but without being intrusive
