Brand new, stylish, airy, finished to the highest standard and providing the most sensational sea views, Villa Agios Dimitrios is a hyper luxury property with private pool ideally set in the area of Perigiali, near Nydri, just 700m from the beach. Sleeping up to 6 guests in fully air-conditioned interiors, Villa Agios Dimitrios is set to impress for its attention to details, sophisticated feeling and unbeatable value for money. Dive by the private pool, enjoy the sensational views over the worldwide famous Scorpios Island (one of the next top VIP holiday destinations), chill out in the beautiful lounge, enjoy a walk down to the beach of Pasa with its excellent grill room, or reach the nearby Nydri for some exciting nightlife: Villa Agios Dimitrios will amaze you!

Villa Agios Dimitrios is brand new and is set over 2 floors and is fully air-conditioned, both in the bedrooms and in the living area. On the ground floor there is a large open plan lounge with TV and adjoining fully equipped kitchen with dining area. The 2 sofas can be turned into 2 full size large single beds, perfect for sleeping 2 extra guests. Spacious terraces both at the front and at the rear provide plenty of spots for relaxation or outdoor dining while enjoying the amazing views. On the ground floor a bathroom with shower is also available. Stairs lead up to the upper floor with 2 large and inviting bedrooms. One of the bedrooms has double bed and private furnished terraces overlooking the blue Ionian Sea. The second bedroom has twin beds that can be joined into a double if required. A large bathroom is located between the bedrooms. All the interiors have been carefully designed and beautifully furnished to offer a superior holiday experience.



Outside, Villa Aios Dimitrios offers to its guests a beautiful and inviting private pool (5.5m x 4.5m in size, beautifully lit at night) with sunbeds, shades and a refreshing poolside shower. Additional shade is provided by the beautiful olive trees surrounding the villa. Also from this area, the views are truly amazing. A barbecue is also available for the use of the guests of the complex and free parking is available.



FOR LARGER PARTIES: Villa Agios Dimitrios can be rented with the nearby Villa San George sleeping up to 6 guests.



NOTES: Air-conditioning, wi-fi internet, maid service twice a week, change of hand/bath towels twice a week and change of bed linen once a week are included in the rental rates.



GREEK STAY TAX (climate resilience tax): euro 15 per villa per night not included in the rental rate and payable locally.

This Villa is fantastic. New, immaculate, large, sleeps 6 if necessary. A lovely view from bedroom balcony and pool area of the sea. You can walk down to the water and swim Lovely food and wine at Briki’s cafe just below villa.A 15 min walk to downtown Nidri Would definitely stay and recommend to stay!

Lovely Villa, very clean with everything you needed, outside area & pool not as private as we would have liked as we shared space with the Villa next door, quite an odd set up really, as there was a walkway past our pool to the villas behind us. It was kind of open plan!! The family in the next door Villa were very nice people & we're busy doing other things most of the time so we weren't in each others space for much of our stay, but I imagine it could be different if you wanted a quiet break and there was a noisy family next door. Villa was within easy reach of Nidri town and local restaurants beaches by car. All in all we enjoyed our break, lovely friendly local people, beautiful island.

Our stay at Agios Dimitreos

We cannot fault the villa as it was as advertised and Panos was exceptionally attentive and on hand. The only downsides were the pool that we were unable to use as the first step was 18 inches down and the steps were very wobbly for 2 people in their 70s. Also the approach to the villa from the main road was very difficult
