This property has four bedrooms with Smart TVs, including two zip/link super-king-sizes, a twin with an en-suite shower room, and a family room with a king-size, a day bed with trundle and en-suite shower room, along with a bathroom and a cloakroom. There is also a kitchen/diner, a utility, a sitting room with woodburning stove, a study, and an external games room with Smart TV and woodburning stove. Appliances include an electric oven and hob, AGA cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher and coffee maker and for entertainment, there are seven Smart TVs, WiFi, table tennis, pool table, table football, and a selection of books. Fuel, power, unlimited wood for woodburning stove, bed linen and towels are all included in the rent, and a travel cot, two highchairs and stairgates available. Outside, there is ample off-road parking and an enclosed garden with lawn, patio, furniture, gas barbecue and children's play area. Two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Enjoy a wonderful break at Pen Bont Home Farm.

Games rooms adjoining the house is well equipped with; full size pool table, full size free standing Victorian bagatelle table, table tennis table, football table, several table top games, electric keyboard, cross trainer and exercise bike, drinks fridge, large Smart TV, Sonos speakers and a wood burning stove. A recent addition to the games room is found in the adjacent milking shed. This has a Northamptopnshire Skittles table, a 10 ft long Shuffleboard table and a Ring the Bull game.

Town: Builth Wells (Welsh: Llanfair-ym-Muallt) is a market town in unspoiled Mid-Wales landscape. This is a great place for walking, pony trekking, and mountain biking. The town has an 18-hole golf course, a sports centre, and the Wyeside Arts Centre with a cinema and live shows. Across the River Wye is the Royal Welsh Showground, home of the annual Royal Welsh Show and other events. With Llandrindod Wells 8 miles away and the Brecon Beacons National Park and Black Mountains nearby, this location is ideal for outdoor enthusiasts or those looking to unwind in stunning nature. Builth Wells is a fabulous gateway to Wales.
