Recently renovated, it boasts all the modern amenities you'd expect, including a Nespresso coffee machine, Netflix, and reliable Wi-Fi. Yet, its appeal goes beyond the contemporary, featuring exquisite timber floors, an elegantly preserved period fireplace, and intricate ornate cornicing.
Situated in a tranquil residential area with abundant parks, this apartment is housed on the first floor of a classic stone building, blending timeless architectural features with contemporary comforts. The hardwood floorboards lend a bright and airy ambiance to the space. The spacious lounge is tastefully decorated with comfortable sofas, while the primary bedroom offers a double bed, fitted wardrobe, and a chic monochrome palette with occasional pops of color. The second bedroom is also stylishly put together with clothes storage.
The modern, fully-equipped kitchen/dining area features a breakfast bar and dining table, complemented by a fresh bathroom with a shower cubicle. Street parking is available for free, making this an ideal retreat for both couples and solo travelers.

Excellent public transport links and a well-connected road network, along with complimentary on-street parking, make transportation a breeze. The domestic airport is just a short drive away, offering direct flights to London and Belfast.
