The living area has a comfy sofa for three and a big armchair, plus a foot stool. We have a dining area with new table and high back leather chairs. Just installed, is a new widescreen TV and Blueray plus FREE WIFI. If you don't fancy staying inside, head out on to the balcony to bask in the sunshine and take in the beautiful views.

Upstairs contains the fully fitted kitchen with a superb 5 ring range cooker; double oven, large fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, kettle and toaster. The spacious lounge with a feature fireplace is bright and spacious with carpeted floor. It has a 3 seater sofa, big armchair and big footstool. There is a Sony TV, DVD, Blue Ray, feature fire place and best of all, a balcony with stunning sea views. The ground floor contains two large double bedrooms one with a king size bed. Both bedrooms have new quality wood wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside tables. The double bedroom has a sink/vanity unit. The bathroom also on the ground floor, has a glass shower screen a new shower over the bath. Of the rear bedroom is a sunroom with large picture window overlooking the garden. There is also a travel cot and high chair available.
Outside there is a good sized garden patio with brand new stainless steel kettle BBQ, 2 x sun loungers, 2 X deck chairs a glass top table and 6 lounger type chairs ideal for sunbathing and al fresco dinning. The beach is right in front of the garden and the garden enjoys the sun all day until sunset. There is a driveway to the front of the property with parking for two cars plus off road parking for more. Dogs are welcome on the beach, except in the restricted area.
The property comfortably sleeps 4 people, but we can accommodate 5 if you bring your own camp bed or mattress, bedding provided and £35 per person surcharge applies.
Short breaks when available: Monday-Friday 4 nights and Friday-Monday 3 nights. There is a minimum charge of £299 for any stay.

If you'd like to bring your pet, we require details of their age and breed before accepting and there will be a £25 per dog supplement.
Changeover day is SATURDAY in the main season.

In order to comply with our agency holiday letting insurance, even though you have provided your details to AirBNB we will ask you to provide your full name, home address, the names plus the rough ages of all the guests, so we can confirm your booking. Your personal details will be kept secure and will not be shared with any 3rd party. We are fully compliant with the Data Protection rules. Charging of electric cars. Some of our properties are fitted with professionally installed and connected EVCPs (Electric Vehicle Charging Points) for the safe charging of electric cars. The use of an extension lead into a property that is plugged into a 3-pin domestic supply is strictly prohibited, due to the risk of fire by overloading the domestic electric circuit. Additionally, our owner's home insurance may be invalid if a fire was to be caused by such an act. We suggest that guests with EV's ensure that they are aware of the local charging stations before they book with us.
