House description:
Entrance - lockbox at front door for self access opening to welcoming hallway w mirror and hive central heating system. Under stairs door for coat and shoe storage.
Living Room - The room is full is of interesting and quirky art. Get cosy on a blue couch in a roomy and renovated living space with character, both new and old. 4K smart TV, connected to Netflix , NowTv and Amazon Prime for your streaming pleasure. Super fast Wi-Fi is also provided throughout the property.
Kitchen - 4 burner gas hob. Integrated oven/grill, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee station, toaster, kettle, glasses & silverware in sufficient quantity, plenty of pots and pans as well as a revolving spice station for extra flavour.
Afterwards, you can serve your delicious meals at the dining table (suitable for 4 persons) if you choose to stay in and enjoy a home- cooked meal.
The private backyard is the perfect place to relax and have fun with your family or friends.
Bedroom 1 - Enjoy a comfy bed with DORMA bedding, duvets & pillows. Light and airy with lots of wardrobe space . King sized bed (32cm deep mattress), dressing table and extra storage room.
Bedroom 2 - Day bed that pulls out to double size (foam mattress), built-in wardrobes for clothes and storage. This cosy bedroom looks into the back garden.
Bathroom 1- Walk in shower for 2 with lots of fluffy towels and products that will make your shower time even more special.
Bathroom 2 with toilet and sink .
Linen, towels, shampoo, a hair dryer and an iron are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.
House Rules:
- Check-in time is 3pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are free parking on premises parking facilities available at the property.
- A washing machine is included for your use.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
- There is a cleaning fee of £30.

1 dedicated parking space is provided along with additional visitor parking if required.
Trains: Perth to Edinburg is 1 hour and
28 minutes train journey though do check last train home times for a return journey!

Other details to note:
The property has a self-check-in system while our house rules consist of a nonsmoking, no parties within the house. If you decide to smoke however, please do it within the backyard area.
