Casa Verde 10P villa with private pool

Casa Verde is a spacious and luxurious 10-person detached villa with indoor guesthouse and a private swimming pool (saltwater). The swimming pool is located on the private part of the terrace. Around the pool you will find the cool veranda with a ten-person dining table. You will also find the outdoor kitchen with charcoal BBQ, eight sunbeds, a hammock and a cosy lounge set.

This attractive terrace is directly adjacent to the guesthouse where you will find a fully equipped (indoor) kitchen. With fully furnished we mean that everything is there; from knife set to spices, from extensive glassware to oven, fridge/freezer or blender. The home cook can get to work! The guesthouse has its own living room, the mentioned kitchen, two spacious bedrooms (with air conditioning) and a very spacious bathroom with both a bath and a shower and a toilet with separate bidet.

From the terrace with swimming pool, veranda, outdoor kitchen, etc., you go with a round staircase to the upper terrace at the villa. On this terrace, you will find a lounge set from which you have a wide view of the golf course. The villa also has its own kitchen, living/dining room and spacious conservatory. The villa has three bedrooms (all with air conditioning) and two bathrooms.

The entire house with a total of ten sleeping places is ideally suited to celebrate with friends or family vacation. Together, but each with its own privacy or places where you can be on your own. The interior of the house and the terraces has been done with a great sense of styling. The whole is therefore very, atmospheric and intimate. All in all a unique vacation spot!

Casa Verde is centrally located on the Golf & Spa resort of Bonalba and there are several restaurants within walking distance. Sandy beaches and the city of Alicante can be reached within 15 minutes by car.

What a find!

This villa was excellent so much nicer than previous ones we have stayed in. Well equipped and comfortable. Lovely outside seating areas great pool. Hosts very friendly and helpful couldn't ask for more!

Property is beautiful brilliant location and very clean. Would highly recommend.

Beautiful villa with amazing property owners that are always avaliable to help. Very clean, good location not to far from beach. Pool is big we have had our family of 9 in their daily. Large kitchen and lovely seating areas for dinner and family time. Will defiantly be returning next year thank you

Beautiful villa

Lovely villa - very well equipped. Very comfortable bedrooms and bathrooms. The pool area and patio are great with lots of different sitting areas to relax in. Kitchens very clean and well equipped. A small selection of nice restaurants and bars nearby. Andrea and Marcel the owners really went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay and nothing was too much trouble. A fantastic place to relax and enjoy time with family and friends .

Recent holiday

A lovely villa with beautiful outside space/pool. Ideal for 2 separate families. Very quiet neighbourhood but good access to towns/roads/beaches,etc. We used the local Bonalba club pool too which was great and very good value for money, plus only a 2 minute walk away. Owners very friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in a lot earlier than the specified time which was a real bonus.

Andrea og Marcel har hele vejen igennem være hurtige i kommunikationen. Meget hjælpsomme og en dejlig velkomst da vi nåede frem. Huset er fantastisk og alt fungerer. Rejste 10 voksne og der var god plads til alle🤩

Super vakantie villa

Wij (6 volwassenen en 2 kids) zijn gisteren terug gekomen van een heerlijke week Casa Verde. We hebben dit huis geboekt om het 40 jarig huwelijk van mijn ouders te vieren. Er was zelfs aan gedacht bij aankomst. Er stond een leuke gouden 40 klaar. Toch even weer dat extraatje. Het contact met de verhuurder is super goed. Ze reageren direct als er wat is en wij vinden dit zeker een groot pluspunt !! Het huis heeft alles wat je nodig hebt. Een heerlijk zwembad (30 graden zoutwater), een heerlijk terras met zitjes, buitendouche, een lange tafel om samen aan te eten, een fijne BBQ, heerlijke bedden, airco die er voor zorgt dat alles lekker koel blijft, volledig uitgeruste keuken, wasmachine en zo kan ik nog wel even doorgaan. Wij hebben niks negatiefs weten te ontdekken. Op tien minuten rijden vindt je de Carrefoure / Lidl voor al je boodschappen. Dichter bij huis (loopafstand) zit een winkeltje voor wat stokbrood en croissantjes. Ook zijn er leuke restaurantjes om de hoek, even het bergje oplopen en je bent er (Wine o clock is een aanrader en lekkere pizza bij Bella Donna). Het is een dikke aanrader voor iedereen die een relaxe vakantie wilt in een rustige buurt. Mochten we nog een keer die kant uit komen zullen we zeker weer boeken. Marcel en Andrea jullie doen het geweldig !!!

Heerlijk huis, van alle gemakken voorzien

De eigenaren zijn heel goed bereikbaar en zeer attent. Het huis is erg mooi ingericht, bedden slapen heerlijk, alles ziet er erg schoon uit en de keuken inventaris is zeer compleet, meer dan voldoende van alles. Het huis ligt aan de golfbaan, vanaf de serre een heel mooi uitzicht. De tuin en het zwembad zijn fantastisch. Er zijn meerdere zitjes aanwezig en het is erg handig dat we het guest house konden gebruiken voor toilet en koelkast als we in de tuin waren. Enige puntje is dat er 4 ligbedden waren en met 6 personen zijn dat er net 2 te weinig. Wij hebben met 6 dames een super fijn weekend gehad in Mutxamel en raden dit verblijf aan iedereen aan.

Wonderful villa, very well equipped and everyone very helpful too!

We had a fabulous time in this villa. It’s in a good location (although car is needed to travel around a bit more). The villa has everything you could need in it. Very well looked after, nice and clean. Lots of space for eating, relaxing and enjoying the sunshine. The owners and the people who look after the villa are very helpful. We would definitely return and we were sad to leave. Thank you so much!

We were two families, 6 children and 4 adults who stared us at this lovely place. Fantastic holiday home with two homes that has everything needed. Large and nice outdoor area and dining area both indoors and outdoors with space for everyone. Fantastic barbecue area which we had a lot of enjoyment. Minus is that the pool does not have any kind of security that it can be locked when not used when young children play outdoors so be careful here. Feel free to travel here again🌞👍

A beautiful home with all amenities in angreat location.

This is a fantastic, well appointed villa with all the equipment you could need for a great holiday. It is in very good repair with a good sized pool, great bbq area and numerous comfortable seating areas both inside and out. The location is great with 5 restaurants, a bar and a water park all within walking distance. The property managers and the owners communicate very well and have been very helpful and welcoming. Will definitely book again.

Very Spacious, Lovely Private location, Ample shady areas

We rented the villa so that 4 generations of our family could spend time together. What we really liked was the fact that we could all have time together but also could enjoy some private time. There is some lovely spaces to enjoy the gorgeous Spanish sun however as important is that dotted around there are some very nice shady areas for a little respite. Getting to the villa is dead simple, approx 25 mins from the airport on good easy to follow roads and with the AP7 nearby getting around couldn't be simpler. 250 Metres away are a good few bars and eating places, we particulary liked the Italian .If I had one complaint which isn't detrimental to the villa is that the convenience store nearby isnt very well stocked, however it is only five minutes to Mutxamel Centre and a very good Supermarket. I liked the touch of sets of golf clubs for guests so had to trial them on the lovely Bonalba Golf course (the patio overlooks the 7th Tee). Marcel and Andrea are excellent hosts and despite the distance happy to communicate and resolve any minor problems very quickly. All in all we would recommend the villa for a family and are highly likely to visit again. Keith Golesworthy and family Aberdeen, UK Visited June 18

Heerlijke plek om te vertoeven.

Wat een prachtig, gezellig en sfeervol huis . Aan alles is gedacht tot in de kleinste details. Met dank aan Marcel en Andrea voor de warme ontvangst. Wij hebben hier 5 heerlijke dagen gehad met ons gezin. Ondanks een dag regen hebben we ons goed vermaakt. De serre is dan een topper. Verder aldoor heerlijk buiten gebarbecued aan de lange tafel en s'avonds een wijntje op de lounge bank. Jammer dat het alweer voorbij is. Wij komen zeker terug naar ons paradijsje.

Since March 2017 we are the proud owner of Casa Verde. Despite the wide range of Spanish houses that are for sale, we have long searched for a house that met our requirements. We want space, privacy and a beautiful environment that won't get bored easily. After our first visit to Bonalba, we knew we had found the location. Finding the house afterwards certainly took another year of investigation. We are very proud of the final result and hope you will enjoy it as much as we do.

Pourquoi avoir choisi cet hébergement ?

We chose this property because we like to go on holiday with family, children, grandchildren and/or friends. This villa with guest accommodation offers the possibility to be together but still have sufficient privacy. Furthermore, we love the beautiful view of the golf course and the mountains.

Quels sont les atouts de cet hébergement ?

Casa Verde is such a nice villa because you have a lot of space around you and you have a great view of the golf course.
In addition, it is wonderful that both the golf course and the restaurants, shops and bar are within walking distance of the house.
