This exquisite 5 bed villa is located in the heart of Camps Bay, overlooking the ocean.
Experience luxury at its finest, with carefully planned interiors that are inviting, spacious, and perfectly complemented by the stunning outdoor living spaces.
The Space:
The villa is situated high up, at the base of the Twelve Apostles Mountains, allowing the most extraordinary views to be enjoyed from many of the rooms.
An open plan layout allows for easy flow from one room to the next and onto the outdoor areas, making it ideal for entertaining or enjoying a catch up with family or friends.
There are two TV lounges with comfortable couches and large plasma screens, perfect for enjoying a good movie or keeping up with your favourite shows. A covered patio lounge is a great place for enjoying sundowners in the evening as you watch the sunset.
Those who enjoy cooking will love the modern kitchen, which is fully equipped with top-of-the-range appliances. It has a central island with a breakfast bar and a separate scullery. Open plan to the kitchen is a lovely bright dining area with seating for 10 guests and spectacular views of the ocean.
All of the bedrooms are spacious and luxurious, with three of the rooms boasting King-size beds and the fourth and fifth room, a Queen-size bed. Each has its own en-suite bathroom and outdoor access.
Outside is a pool deck with outdoor dining and a wood-fired BBQ.
Cool off in the pool during the day and dine al-fresco in the evening.

What is Powered: All of the lights, the entertainment, wifi and all of the plugs in the property, including the Fridge, freezer. Hours dependent on usage
