Enjoy everything Agios Nikolaos has to offer! Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby. Your home away from home gives you exclusive access to an entire house designed to allow you to live as a local.

The nearest beach is about 20 minutes walking distance for those who like walking but a car is recommended for all other beaches and throughout the stay.
Some of the Best beaches on lefkada island is Kathisma Beach and Porto katsiki plus many other beaches around the coast.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge freezer, a hob, an oven, kettle, and microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and watch Television if you want.

This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6-7 including small sofa bed.

In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed including wardrobes including air conditioning.

In the next bedroom, there is a double bed with wardrobe including air conditioning.

The third bedroom contains 2 single beds. This room also has air conditioning.

The hallway upstairs has a small sofa bed and a sofa bed on the ground floor.

New mosquito shutters throughout the premises. Please ask on arrival how this is used.

There are 3 bathrooms in total.
The first bathroom (downstairs) has a toilet and sink and an Open walk-in shower with shower curtain.

The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower, as above.

The master room (main room) has an en-suite, walk-in shower. As above.

First floor has a large terrace where you can sunbath and relax. Village Mountain View and sea view at a distance.

Ground floor has two balconies where you can sit and relax over your morning coffee away from the sun. (Side balcony of entrance door) and back kitchen balcony where you can soak up the sun.

Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable. Beach towels not included.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 2pm and check-out is 12pm otherwise on arrival can be discussed after giving 1 days notice in advance for arrangements to be made
- Smoking is not permitted inside the premises but only on the side small balcony (of the entrance kitchen area) and which must be disposed off immediately in case of fire.
- Air-con - when not on the premises please make sure air-con is turned off
- There is free parking outside the premises.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- Car rental is highly recommended
- Excursions recommended directly from lefkada
