This modern and cosy apartment is located in the heart of Edinburgh's New Town, surrounded by an array of shops and mouth-watering restaurants right at your doorstep.



The charming one-bedroom apartment, ideal for up to 2 guests, features a king-size bed and is beautifully decorated with touches of Scottish charm. The spacious bedroom offers a view of the lively Hanover Street, while the open-plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area create a bright, airy atmosphere. The comfortable couch is perfect for relaxing, reading, or watching TV after a long day exploring the city. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare a home-cooked meal on nights when you prefer to stay in.



The modern bathroom is a standout feature, offering both a bath and a walk-in shower—perfect for unwinding after your adventures in the city.

PLEASE NOTE: The jacuzzi function of the bath is not unavailable.



Although the apartment is on the ground floor, please note that there are a few steps leading up to the entrance from the street.



PS—The sofa has been replaced and no longer matches the pictures.



The apartment is conveniently located with easy access to major bus routes and just a 5-minute walk from the Princess Street Tram stop. Edinburgh’s historic Royal Mile in the Old Town is only a 10-minute walk away, making this a fantastic base for exploring the city. Whether you're seeking a cosy night in or heading out to explore, this apartment offers the perfect combination of comfort and convenience.



Our check-in process is straightforward and flexible—self-check-in is the only option, with a key securely stored in a key safe at the property.



Although we do not offer parking, paid public parking can be found on nearby streets.



Please note a security deposit registration will need to be completed prior to arrival in order to receive the codes for check-in, no money is actually charged but there is a pre-authorization of 1 euro, this is not applicable for Airbnb bookings.

Great New Town location

We had a very nice stay in this lovely apartment. We were able to drop off our luggage early which was very helpful. The location couldn't be better. The surrounding area was quaint with shops and restaurants but away from the hustle bustle near the Castle. We would definitely stay there again.

Perfect location

This apartment was in a perfect location for exploring Edinburgh. It is far enough away from the main streets to get away from the crowds but a short walk to be in the heart of the city. We enjoyed Tipo a restaurant a few doors down. It was on a recommended list from a local & delicious. The apartment was clean and as advertised. We would return.

Disappointing stay – property not as described

We were very disappointed with this rental. The property was not clean upon arrival and did not match the listing description. Most notably, it was advertised as having a king bed, but it actually had a much smaller double bed. We left after one night and had to find alternative accommodations. Not recommended.

Convenient flat

Generally we liked the property. Good size for two people and great location. The styling of the property was also pleasant. However, there was probably a little too much focus on style over substance. The main issue we had is that the bed was extremely uncomfortable and the mattress had collapsed on the one side. The property is really good and a new bed would absolutely elevate it and make it a premium place to stay. Similarly no one seems to have checked the toaster which worked only on one side, similarly the Nespresso coffee maker didn’t fully function in what was otherwise a well equipped kitchen. Cracks in the bathroom floor and missing bits of planks in the kitchen floor together with staining on the chairs ( which we appreciate were clean but stained) also led us to scoring the flat lower than we would have otherwise. I’m sure all of these issues can be resolved but before I stayed here again I would want reassurance that the bed had been replaced with a better quality bed. If you don’t care about a comfy bed then this place is a very nice flat in a great location.
