Villa Spira is a brand new two-storey villa, located in Falassarna a very famous destination in Crete during the summer season. An exquisite villa set in an idyllic location, surrounded by green slopes and the turquoise waters of the Aegean, just a few meters away from a sandy beach. A graceful, elegant and comfortable home ideal for family or group vacations. The villa is designed to cope with the dreams, needs, and hopes of the most discerning guests. Indoor facilities
Modern floors, white and stone walls, pieces of wood in and out of the villa the simple materials with pure lines have created the perfect getaway for you and your loved ones. The whole design of the villa is modern and comfortable considering the beauty of the surroundings. The villa welcomes on the ground floor an open-plan living room, a dining room, and an open-plan kitchen fully equipped with all the necessary appliances. The living room is connected to the pool area and a corner sofa is there to host you any time of the day. On the same floor, you will find a double-size bed with a satellite TV, an ensuite bathroom with a shower, gazing views, and direct access to the exterior area and the pool. The large windows create the illusion of transparency and provide a seamless transition between the indoor and outdoor areas. On the first floor, there is another bedroom with a smart TV, ensuite bathroom and gazing views of the Cretan sea and nature. The contemporary design of the villa imparts luxury and fresh air in every corner of the villa. The villa favours the independence of each guest. It is the perfect cocoon for a party with your friends who wish to share great convivial moments but also enjoy some privacy.

Outdoor facilities
The design of the exterior area is influenced by the magnificent sea view with a garden and many relaxing areas. A swimming pool provides a unique place to enjoy the amazing view of the Cretan Sea. Pretty close to the pool area exists a dining table for moments of relaxation for you and your family and sunbeds to enjoy the Cretan sun, Next to the pool, there is a gas BBQ ideal for you to prepare your meal or to organize a barbeque party with your friends. Last but not least for the lovers of cocktails and drinks there is a mini-bar table right next to the dining area where you can enjoy your relaxing and fun moments with your loved ones. Don’t forget that a secure parking area is provided outside the villa.

The villa provides daily breakfast for all guests, a daily cleaning service, and changing of bath towels and linens every 3 days. These services are included in the price of the reservation.

The most well-known sandy beach of Falassarna with crystal blue waters is located about 450 meters from the villa.

The villa is part of a complex with two villas, one close to the other, each one with its own facilities and amenities.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
