The rooms and spaces in the villa are designed in a way that every part is easily accessible, yet secluded if needed. There are 3 private apartments in total, which all have their own kitchen and bathrooms. ✅

Renting the villa means you will have the entire place for yourself, including the service from the on-site host. ✅ There is lots of room for big groups or people that travel together, but would like to have their own apartment in the villa. We think that the maximum comfortable amount of people in the villa is 10.

- 2 bedrooms, 3 beds in total (2x one-person & 1x king size). Every bedroom has a private bathroom with a washing table, shower/bath and toilet. There is also 1 toilet in the living area.
- An area with a modern kitchen and 2 large dining areas. These areas are a big table and kitchen counter.
- A living area with a grand sofa and additional large foot cushion. There is also a 55 inch TV with satellite.
- 1 ceiling fan in every room with 1 extra fan for the living room to stay extra cool. An A/C (air conditioner) for every bedroom.

- 2 bedrooms, 3 beds in total (2x one-person & 1x two-person/queen).

- 1 bathroom with a washing table, large shower cabin and toilet. The bathroom is directly attached to the bedroom.

- A living area with a sofa and 55 inch TV with satellite.

General specs:

- A beautiful swimming pool with a place where you can sit inside the pool. This makes it easy for parents to supervise their children. The pool is not heated. 🏊🏻
- A rooftop terrace. This is one of the best places to gaze at the stars at night. ✨ 🌌
- A garden/outside area with multiple places to sit or lay down. 🌿☀️
- A cozy secluded space in the garden where you can sit and relax. It is possible to smoke shisha/hookah or cigarets in this area. Inside the villa smoking is strictly forbidden. 🚭
- A washing machine area. Here you can wash your laundry by yourself, or by asking the on-site host to do it for you. For a small tip he will take care of the entire process for the guests (collecting, washing, drying, delivering). 🧼 🧺
- Free wifi, although sometimes the wifi is slow or does not work. This is a problem in the entire West Bank area of Luxor, due to the rural area we are situated in.
