The studio`s centerpiece is a sophisticated sleeping area adorned with designer woven palm pendant lights casting a warm glow across the exposed wooden beam ceiling. The premium queen-size bed is dressed in high-quality linens and decorative cushions, creating an inviting atmosphere for relaxation.



The contemporary kitchenette showcases sleek black fixtures, featuring a full-size oven, electric cooktop, large refrigerator/freezer, and coffee machine. Custom-built white cabinetry provides ample storage, while the modern bathroom impresses with designer fixtures, quality tiles, and a refreshing shower space.

Arokaria III Studio enjoys an enviable position in the heart of Gaios, Paxos`s charming capital. The main square, just 200 meters away, buzzes with authentic Greek life, offering a selection of traditional tavernas, cafes, and boutiques. The nearest beach is a pleasant 700-meter stroll through the town`s picturesque streets.



The studio`s location provides easy access to the town`s amenities, including local bakeries, grocery stores, and the morning fish market.



The new port, 1.2 kilometers away, connects you to regular boat services, while the historic old port, with its colorful fishing boats and waterfront restaurants, is within easy walking distance.



Access to Paxos is via hydrofoil or sea taxi from Corfu, with the journey taking approximately 1 hour. Upon reaching Gaios New Port, the studio is a short 1.2 km journey. We can arrange private transfers from the port to the property, as well as car rental services to explore the island. Our concierge team can assist with coordinating all local transportation needs except hydrofoil tickets.



While the studio`s central location is perfect for exploring Gaios, please note that some ambient sounds from the town`s daily life may be heard. The ground floor location offers easy access for all guests. The kitchenette, while well-equipped, has limited counter space for elaborate meal preparation.
