It has a fully equipped kitchen and a living-dining room with a terrace to enjoy the long summer days with fabulous sea views. The main house has 4 spacious bedrooms, 2 of them with balcony with views of the garden and the sea.

On the ground floor, there is a cozy Apartment with a maximum capacity of 5 people. It has 2 double rooms, 1 of them with sea views, fully equipped kitchen, a complete bathroom with shower tray and a living-dining room with a sofa-bed.

The entire complex is equipped with a modern home automation system with geothermal cooling, underfloor heating and automatic ventilation.

You can enjoy the best views of the estuary by going up to the viewpoint on the top floor or from the arbour. In the garden, a saline pool is the finishing touch to a perfect summer day with the family.

One of the most characteristic features of the house is its interior lift, which communicates with both the roof terrace and the flat, perfect for people with reduced mobility.

Known by locals as the Galician Caribbean, the Ría de Aldán has some of the best beaches in Galicia, with white sands and turquoise waters. The house is perfectly located, just 5 minutes’ drive from Castiñeiras beach, considered the best in the area, and a 15-min walk from Arneles beach. We advice you to visit the spectacular Cape Home with the beautiful Melide beach.
