This is a newly refurbished large Victorian maisonette. The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. Close to Newcastle city centre (5-10 min drive) and all major transport links. Saltwell Park (named as one of Britain’s best parks) is a 2 min walk at the bottom of the street.
This property is ideal for families, visitors and people working from outside of the area.
The property has 4 bedrooms and sleeps a max of 7 adults.

The first floor has 2 bedrooms rooms. Main room has a double and single bed. The second room has a single bed. The upper floor has a double and a single in the first room. The second room has 2 single beds. All rooms have hanging rails with storage.
The lounge has a large L shaped sofa and a dining table with seating. There is also a Smart TV where you can access Netflix, Amazon prime & more. Fibre broadband and wifi is also provided free within the property.
The kitchen has full amenities (cooker, oven, microwave, fridge freezer and cutlery is also provided along with tea and coffee) & there is a further ‘fold down’ table for with 3 seats. There is a bathroom with a toilet, basin, bath and overhead shower.
Please note this is a residential area and as such is not suitable for parties and loud noise. This property is fitted with a noise and occupancy monitor and if guests disrupt neighbours or tamper with the monitor you will be removed from the property and lose your deposit. You must be min 25 years old to stay at this property.
