This Crete villa is in the renowned holiday region of Rethymno and has a unique style, combining traditional elements with modern elegance. It can comfortably accommodate 10 guests in its main house, 2 maisonettes, and a small studio. Originally established in the 17th century, the villa has recently been renovated to ensure guests enjoy the perfect Greek holiday experience. The 2 living rooms at Byblos Villa are stylishly furnished with modern, comfortable seating, satellite TV and It’s a cast iron stove, it’s not made of stone. There is a uniquely styled dining room with ample seating for guests and elegant lighting. The holiday accommodation has 2 double bedrooms (1 super king-size bed, 1 king-size) and 2 mezzazine style with 1 double bed and 2 single beds each one. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and share an outdoor terrace. The double bedrooms have full ensuite bathrooms and there is an additional bathroom available. Towels and complimentary toiletries are provided. The outside entertainment area of the villa boasts the only heated swimming pool in the old town of Rethymno, as well as a beautiful, private rooftop garden with a relaxing seating area. Furthermore, the villa offers a gas BBQ grill for guests to use and outdoor dining furniture. There is a secure parking area for visitors just 150m away from the villa. Byblos Villa offers a generous welcome pack and encourages guests to enjoy all the luxuries on offer at the residence to ensure an unforgettable Greek holiday experience.

Important Notice :

-The pool can be heated with an extra charge of 350 euros per week to be paid in cash on arrival and must be requested at least one week in advance.Please note that the temperature of the heated pool goes up to approx. 5 degrees Celsius higher than the ambient air temperature.

-Parking with payment 150 meters away

-Heating for the fireplace and wood stove 30 euro per day extra charge.

-Because the property is located in the middle of the old town of Rethymnon, you must keep the noise down in specific hours. These are from 15:00 to 17:30 and from 23:00 and onwards.
