Upon entering the first floor of the apartment you will enter straight into the dining and kitchen area. This area is the very hear of the apartment, it's spacious and with plenty of seating places.

The living room adjoins a cozy furnished terrace.

Villa Harbour has a spacious laundry room, provided with a washing machine and dryer.

Climbing the stairs brings you onto the second floor. On this floor you can find 3 bedrooms (including 2 bedrooms with double bed and 1 bedroom with bunk bed) and 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and wash basin.

Finally, at the 3rd floor of the property, you will find a very spacious master bedroom! This floor has a bathroom with bath and also an additional bedroom with single bed.

CLEANING:
Upon arrival, the accommodation is professionally prepared and cleaned. Cleaning is included in the price. You, as a guest, must leave the accommodation in a clean condition when leaving the accommodation. If the accommodation is not left properly and excessively dirty, additional fees will be charged.

CONSUMPTION:
Normal consumption of water, heating and electricity are included in the rental price. Excessive consumption will result in additional charges.

CONTROL:
The accommodation is checked for damage and theft at every check-in and check-out. Damage incurred during the rental period must be reported immediately.
