Villa Sky is a stunning waterfront villa located in the area of Skaleta. Spacious, stylish and offering breathtaking views over the Mediterranean Aegean Sea, this beachfront villa is set to impress. With 6 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms and spacious common areas, Villa Sky is the ideal choice for friends or families looking for a holiday within walking distance of the beach, shop and restaurant.
Inside, the interiors of the villa have been carefully designed to offer comfort and style. There are 6 bedrooms in total, 4 doubles and 2 twins, all air-conditioned and offering en-suite shower rooms as well as a satellite TV. The welcoming lounge with adjoining kitchen and dining area has all the facilities necessary for a fully self-catered holiday. The lounge is also equipped with air-conditioning and a Smart TV. Patio doors open onto the front terrace offering fabulous sea views the ideal place to relax and unwind.
Villa Sky also offers an outdoor area with private pool, sunbeds, pergola, and seating, as well as dining table and barbecue; the ideal location for delicious al-fresco meals. A children's play area is also available for younger guests to enjoy while a gate leads to the beach and the sea, just 50m away.
To access the villa there is a path which is 100cm wide alongside 3 steps. There is also a ramp to the front door. The front door has a width of 83cm, whilst the door to the terrace is 100cm wide. The terrace is tiled and flat, whilst the pool itself has ladder access. This is a ground floor property. All bedrooms have a door width of 70cm, whilst the bathroom doors are 68cm wide. The door into the kitchen/dining area is 100cm wide and the door into the lounge area is also 100cm wide. *Please note that although every effort has been made to ensure the information provided is accurate, errors can occur and if you need to find out more specific information about the villa, please do not hesitate to contact us.
