The villa is part of a Zen Luxury Villas & Suites complex, where seven more villas are located, each with their own private pool and facilities. The villa is located in the 2nd line of the complex, and there is another complex located in front.

Kindly note that as per year 2024, a shared charcoal BBQ is included in the villas complex available for all villas, close to the parking area, for more enjoyable grill nights.

A bespoke living-cum fully equipped kitchen awaits to inspire you for culinary wonders, with access to the pool area and to an iconic sea view dinning spot. The villa features two wonderful bedrooms, both with en-suite bathroom, a double bedroom on the second floor and a twin bedroom “under the stars iconic style” featuring a glass ceiling on the ground floor allowing plenty of space and comfort for all. It can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests in real beds, and one more guest can sleep in the couch featured at living room area, an ideal holiday home for up to 5 guests.

Your Home Stay Includes
Welcome basket included, courtesy of the owner • Housekeeping, towels and linen changes once per week • Baby cot, high chair are available upon request • Pool and garden cleaning twice per week.

Outdoor Pool Heating Policy:

- Pool Temperature | Heating temperature could vary up to 26°C subject to the outdoor weather conditions.

- Preferred Months | Pool heating is typically used during the months March - Mid June & October, November.
- Advance Notice | 2 days’ notice prior arrival is mandatory for the pool to reach the optimal temperature.

- Additional Fees | 70€/day
- Booking Duration | Pool heating is exclusively bookable for the entire stay, at the cumulative cost as outlined above.

- Weather Conditions | When the outside temperature is above 25 °C or in case of rain it shall not operate. Kindly note that a pool cover is not available.

There is secure parking space outside the Villa’s premises for two cars • The property is well-equipped with mini-fridge with freezer, Electric stove with oven, Filter coffee machine, Tassimo Machine, Kettle, Toaster, Juice Maker, Iron & Board, Hair dryer, First Aid Kit, Fire Extinguisher & Smoke Detector.
