Sea View Roof Garden Apartment

Spacious and cozy apartment with a large porch, next to the sea. Located on the 1st floor (one level above ground. It is fully renovated and fully equipped, ideal for families or small groups. It has a fireplace for the winter and a bbq shed on the porch. The view from the porch is delightful and the porch shed is ideal for cozy summer nights, sipping your beverage of choice.


The apartment is located near the town’s center and only a few meters from the beach. The closest supermarket is just a short walk from the house. Right in front of the apartment, there is a park where small children can have fun and there are also many cafes and restaurants. Beach bars are really close as well, just a few minutes' walk. Public transportation is only 100 meters from the apartment and proastiakos (the train that connects directly to Athens) is very easily accessible as well.


The entrance to the building is shared with other apartments, but the apartment entrance itself is private.

The apartment has two bedrooms, one of which has a double bed and the other has a bunk bed. There is also a sofa bed, which is located in an auxiliary space-hall.

Besides the full bed and the two twin beds, there is a sofa-bed available in the apartment ideal for one guest.


Our building's policy allows only small pets that are trained.

Μεγάλο και φιλόξενο διαμέρισμα με μεγάλη βεράντα, δίπλα στη θάλασσα. Είναι στον 1ο όροφο, ανακαινισμένο και πλήρες εξοπλισμένο, ευρύχωρο, ιδανικό για οικογένειες και παρέες. Διαθέτει τζάκι για το χειμώνα και ψησταριά/bbq. Η θέα στη βεράντα είναι μοναδική, ιδανική για χαλαρές νύχτες με ποτό το καλοκαίρι.


Βρίσκεται δίπλα στο κέντρο του Κιάτου και μόλις λίγα μέτρα από την παραλία. Το κοντινότερο σουπερμάρκετ είναι προσβάσιμο με τα πόδια. Ακριβώς μπροστά από το σπίτι, υπάρχει μεγάλο πάρκο με παιδική χαρά αλλά και μαγαζιά εστίασης για καφέ και φαγητό. Τα καλοκαιρινά beach bars επίσης απέχουν μόλις λίγα λεπτά με τα πόδια. Τα ΚΤΕΛ βρίσκονται σε απόσταση 100 μέτρων και ο προαστιακός σιδηρόδρομος είναι πολύ εύκολα προσβάσιμος.

Το διαμέρισμα βρίσκεται σε κτήριο με άλλα διαμερίσματα αλλά η είσοδος στο διαμέρισμα είναι ιδιωτική.

Το διαμέρισμα διαθέτει δύο υπνοδωμάτια στο ένα εκ των οποίων βρίσκεται το διπλό κρεβάτι και στο άλλο η κουκέτα (με δυο κρεβάτια). Υπάρχει και ένας καναπές κρεβάτι (με ανώστρωμα), ο οποίος βρίσκεται σε ένα βοηθητικό χώρο-χωλ.

Η πολιτική της πολυκατοικίας επιτρέπει μόνο εκπαιδευμένα κατοικίδια μικρού μεγέθους.
