Cuddfan Lodge on a Gorgeous Private Lake

Nestled in the beautiful South Wales countryside, just a stones throw from Newport and only 20 minutes from Cardiff with good train links is Cuddfan Lodge.

Cuddfan Lodge is a modern, wooden cabin on the banks of a beautiful, secluded,private lake, surrounded by the beautiful Welsh countryside. The lodge is comprised of a large, modern, very well equipped open plan lounge/diner/kitchen area, 3 bedrooms (6 guests) and two bathrooms.

Spend your days discovering the surrounding area as there are many things to do nearby, just ask for any tips on where to visit/eat out locally/local walks etc/transport links etc.


As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, oven, kettle, dishwasher, a freezer, filter coffee machine and a microwave.
The lodge is a perfect place to relax and offers a smart tv and great internet access.

Outside the lodge are private benches, BBQ(bag of coals and firelighters provided), firepit, chiminea for guests to enjoy, whilst basking in the beauty of the lake and the surrounding views. Please clean the BBQ after use.

HOT TUB.... OPTIONAL EXTRA. Available to pre book.. payment to be made separately with the host before arrival at a cost of £35 per day. Extra towels provided at no additional cost.


This house has 3 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 6.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bed.
The third bedroom contains twin beds.


There are 2 bathrooms (wet rooms).
The first bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.
The second bathroom has a toilet and sink and a walk-in shower.


Linen and towels are all included to make your stay more enjoyable, plus extra towels supplied free of charge for the hot tub should you decide to use it. Tea, coffee, sugar, milk , foil, kitchen roll, loo rolls, kitchen roll, washing up essentials



House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities available at the property. PLEASE DO NOT PARK ON ANY GRASS AREAS.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
- No Parties.
- No Loud Music.
- The hot tub is an extra charge of £35 per night TO BE PRE BOOKED AND PAID FOR BEFORE ARRIVAL

STRICTLY NO EV CHARGING FROM PROPERTY
We do not have an EV charging point, please do not use an extension lead to charge electric vehicles from our supply.

We are a working farm and as such there may be maintenance on the farm during your stay such as hedge trimming/strimming etc.

RECYCLING

Strict new laws on recycling have been introduced in Wales and we pay to have it removed. Clearly labelled internal and external bins are in situ, please adhere to the rules(info provided in the kitchen) and clearly labelled facilities provided behind the lodge, thank you.
