Villa Pefka is a charming single-level stone-built villa located just 3 km from Rethymno city centre, ideal for couples or small families seeking a convenient base to explore Crete.



This cozy villa comfortably accommodates up to 4–5 guests, featuring one bedroom with a double bed and a single sofa bed, and a living room with a sofa that converts into an extra sleeping space for two additional guests. The villa includes a well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with a shower, and modern amenities such as air conditioning, a TV, WiFi, and a washing machine to ensure a comfortable stay.



Outside, the villa offers a private swimming pool (3 x 5 x 1.4 m) with sunbeds, a terrace partially shaded by trees, and a barbecue area—perfect for enjoying meals outdoors or relaxing in the sun.



Please note that the swimming pool is not heated, so the water temperature depends on weather conditions. Guests have full private access to all areas of the villa, both indoors and outdoors.
