Welcome to our beautiful Villa Tree of Life at Skagern lake in Finnerödja. We hope you enjoy your stay! We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of our fine home. On the big terrace you can watch the sun and the lake with a glass of wine and eat your grilled food from the bbq.
The surrounding area has a lot to offer in a stunning nature and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind.

As a self-catering house, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a kettle, a freezer and a microwave.
The Villa is a perfect place to relax and offers internet access.

This lakeview lodge has 4 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 9 persons.
In the first bedroom, you will find a double bed and sofabed. This masterbedroom has a large balcony with a stunning view over lake Skagern.
In the next bedroom, there is a double bunk.
The third bedroom contains a double bed.
The fourth bedroom contains a double bed.

There is one bathroom.
The bathroom has a toilet, a sink and a walk-in shower.

Linnen, towels, shampoo, haidryer, iron, washmachine & tumbledryer are all included to make your stay more enjoyable.

Spa facilities offering holistic massages, meditation- and yoga classes. The property is nearly self-sufficient in energy production, boasting 250 solar panels and a water well that significantly reduce reliance on external resources.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 14pm and check-out
is 11am.
- Smoking is inside is not allowed.
- There are on-site parking facilities
available at the property.
- Pets are allowed at the property.
- Pets are not allowed in bed and sofa
and doghair free with checking out,
otherwise we charge a cleaningfee of
50 euro.
- No shoes allowed inside the house.
- Please be quiet after 22.30 o' clock.
- Let the blue lamp always on outside
the terrace, because it is the WIFI
- NO meals eating on the Orange sofa,
but use our 2 dinertables please with a
tablecloth.
- Turn off the lights and heating/
airconditioning if you are not at home.
