External Living | Garden & BBQ
The wonderful holiday home lays in 200m2 outdoor area and is surrounded by olive grooves. Feel Mother Nature in refined harmony. Grown-ups can lounge to the shaded dining area on the large veranda (direct access from the living room area) before idling back for al fresco barbecues under sunset skies. Portable BBQ facilities (gas) are available outdoors, so light the barbecue to celebrate long summer evenings. The large veranda with sea views provide the most beautiful and informal space to enjoy meals together, have long, late night conversations after a long day of countryside adventure.

Bonus:
Practice you skills on the outdoor Ping Pong table and enjoy endless hours of fun & relaxation. Some children toys will also be available outdoors for our younger guests.

What’s more, the outdoor garden offers home grown, seasonal fruits, including Tangerine tree, Orange tree & Lemon tree and a collection of herbs (oregano, thyme etc) where our guests are free to hand-pick everything they need for their fruit salads and meals!

The ground-floor cottage boasts two bedrooms and can comfortably accommodate up to four guests in real beds. One more guest can be accommodated in the double sofa bed of the living room area. The maximum capacity is five guests.

Location Overview
Perivoli Cottage is located at the historic & picturesque village of Agios Dimitrios, a beautiful village settled within 15 minutes away by car (10 km east) of the famous town of Rethymno. In Agios Dimitrios there is a Byzantine church of the homonym Saint, Agios Dimitrios.

Shopping facilities for everyday's necessities can be found at the neighbouring village of Pigi within a distance of 5 minutes by car & approximately 1,5 kilometre walking distance, providing wonderful local tavernas and cafes, a mini market, bakery, a grocery shop, two butcher’s, a hairdressers, as well as a pharmacy. A gas station can be found in the nearby village of Adele which is also 5 minutes away by car.

Pigianos Kampos & Adelianos Kampos beaches, which are the closest to the cottage, within 10 minutes driving, is a vast, sandy and well organised beach, with shallow waters making it ideal for families. It’s a perfectly organised coastal tourist resort, with many sun beds, umbrellas, changing rooms, showers, lifeguards, beach bars, restaurants, ATM machine and water sports. However, there are many beautiful beaches all over the island catering all needs - busy, secluded, whatever you are looking for, you won't have far to go.

Also Rethymno town, offers a great selection of choices in shops, restaurants and anything else you might need and can be easily reached by car within 15 minutes.
