Large 5 bedroom town-centre home close to the beach, sleeps 9.
Our large, spacious home is ideal for reunions and family get togethers.
Our house is a well-equipped home in the heart of Aberysthwyth. You are close to shops, bars and restaurants and yet you have peace and quiet to relax and unwind. The living room has a 43 inch TV with Netflix and an Xbox One with games. There is wifi throughout the property. There are TVs in the bedrooms and books and games to keep you entertained.
You are only a 5 minute walk from Aberystwyth Railway station and a 5 minute walk to the beach with breathtaking views. This is a perfect base for beach holidays, to explore the local area and attractions, or just to relax and unwind.
Excellent property. Large with plenty of room. Very comfortable. Everything you want is there. Close to the beach, train station and shops. Highly recommend and will definitely be using again. Great communication with the owners. Very helpful and informative.
We were a three generational group - with the grandparents returning to Aber 50 years after first arriving at college. The home was a perfect location for walks, the Prom, the childrenâs park at the castle and lots of pubs and restaurants. The stay was comfortable because we had a kitchen, dining room and family room to spread out. Parking was not an issue as itâs a short walk to the all day street parking by the harbor. It was just the fit we needed.
This terraced house is situated on quite a busy street in central Aberystwyth. It accommodated our group of 9 well, although if we were all in the living room at once it was a tad cosy. We appreciated the 2 fridges and 2 freezers in the kitchen and the fact that 9 could be seated in the dining room. There is a small concrete yard at the rear where the children kept their bikes. There is no garden. It is about a 5 minute walk to the predominantly stony beach where a lot of stone skimming was done. The street suffered from night time noise - it was the last week of May and we assumed students were living it up at the end of term.
There are a number of things to do including visiting Aberystwyth castle, a great coastal walk to Borth, and the steam train ride.
What a wonderful house, Jason and Sarah were very kind and helpful, very quick to respond to any querie! Easy self check in! House was lovley and clean with all the equipment you need to cook and clean and washing! Beds super comfy and house was lovley and warm! Your also in the middle of town but the street was very quiet!
Would love to stay again for another family reunion! Thankyou Sarah and Jason.
Comfortable property in a quiet location, conveniently located for central Aberystwyth and the beach. Inside, it was clean and well-presented. However, the website said that there was parking, but there was only on-street parking, limited to 2 hours if you could find a space. We had to park in a long stay car park about 5 minutes walk away. Also, although the property has Netflix, it does not have terrestrial TV.
