The villa is located near Porto Heli and the cosmopolitan island of Spetses, thus making it the perfect place to explore the dreamy beaches and the natural beauty of the area.

The apartment can accommodate up to 6 persons and it has two bedrooms, the master bedroom with a queen-bed, LCD TV, an A/C and a private balcony and a twin room with two separate single beds. In the air-conditioned living room there is also a sofa that can turn into a queen size bed. The open plan living room with a fully equipped kitchen, the dining area and the fireplace leads to the 40sqm terrace with a wooden pergola.
