This is the perfect spot to explore the beautiful Scottish countryside with its green fields, picturesque lakes, and the lush Blairadam Forest at your doorstep. A short 10-minute drive will take you to Dunfermline, the historical capital of Scotland and home of the Canmore Golf Club and the Townhill Country Park. Play a few rounds of golf on the beautiful golf course, and then spend the afternoon water skiing and waterboarding on Town Loch before taking an evening stroll through century-old trees in the Townhill Wood.

What an amazing stay with an amazing host! Very generous welcome pack. House is huge and absolutely spotless. Photos don’t do it justice. Had everything you need. 2 fridges bar area and one in kitchen, 2 freezers in kitchen. Hot tub was huge and a big hit with my family. The bar area was well used and we absolutely loved the jukebox. The beds were so comfortable, wish we could have stayed longer.

Gray the owner, was first class; he was so helpful and excellent communication. The property was very clean, well equipped, had lots of lovely bath robes, nice linen and so much space. We had 11 people aged 8 to 70. We all had a fantastic time in the pub and hot tub. The Juke Box was a great addition to the pub. We had come across problems with Joivy/Altido/Roommate regarding payment being taken without any email notification. Which then caused confusion. It was all eventually sorted out and I have to emphasise this was the booking agent - the owner Gray was exceptional when I made contact with him regarding arrival arrangements and throughout the whole weekend.

Beautiful large house
Great property! Beautiful house and a beautiful countryside. The owner Gray was very communicative and responded quickly to our needs. The game room was a popular room. A lot of places (restaurants, coffee shops, supermarkets, and a movie theater) are a 5 minute drive. A note to renters: the building itself is actually three different rentals, so make sure you are going to the right front door.

Beautiful Property
Check in process was very easy.. Owner was very welcoming.
Owner kept in touch via text throughout our stay to check everything was OK.
Beautiful property. Very clean and lots of home comforts.
Huge secure garden for dogs and the games room was an added bonus. We spent most of our nights in there and it was brilliant!
Well worth a booking for a big group of people.

RELAXING FAMILY RETREAT
The house is huge with 7 bedrooms. Plenty of room for everyone. The bar area is fab. Pool table, darts, juke box and sky sports. It's a really relaxing house with everything you need. We all loved hot tub. We had a total relaxing break with family and friends. It is an amazing property which we all loved.

Amazing
We were a group of 11 staying for a long weekend to celebrate 3 birthdays. The house was absolutely perfect, lots of room for big groups to hang out (and also get away from eachother). The hot tub was a great size too and we would absolutely make better use of the decking area if we had better weather!
Gray and Yvonne were super accommodating and only a message away if we needed anything, which we didn’t as they supplied us with all!
There is a Tesco a short drive away for any bits and bobs you may need, the kitchen is well supplied with utensils and a huge pot for making a large batch of food. We had brought our own just incase but there was no need!
Fantastic property and owners, we will for sure be back!

Lovely farmhouse in the Scottish countryside
Great central location for Edinburgh, St. Andrews and some other cute towns nearby. We had 10 family members who fit comfortably into the 7 bedrooms. The sunroom, game room, large kitchen and hot tub were all nice places to hang out. The owner provided hairdryers, quality bath products, and bathrobes. There are 2 reasons that I didn't give this home 5 stars: 1) Bathrooms...There are really only 3 1/2 baths. The Master is upstairs with its own bathroom but the other 4 bedrooms upstairs all share 1 bathroom with limited water pressure. The shower on the main level is in the laundry room with a 1/2 bath nearby, shared by 2 downstairs bedrooms. 2) Laundry...I didn't know that they made washing machines this small and they don't have a dryer - outdoor clothesline available.
Otherwise, a fantastic house and we had a great time creating family memories!
