The Pump House Art Studio is a spectacular, Grade II* listed former pump house resting in the village of Misterton, Nottinghamshire. Hosting two double bedrooms and a bathroom, this property can sleep up to four guests. There is also a kitchen/diner, a living/dining room, a first-floor mezzanine snug and a library. Outside there is off-road parking and a garden with patio, lawn, seating, all overlooking the waterway below. The Pump House Art Studio makes an incredible holiday home for a memorable trip to Nottinghamshire. Note: No ground floor bathroom. Note: Children below the age of 12 are not permitted at this property due to the garden having a sheer drop to water.
Amenities: Radiators to all rooms with temperature control. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge, washing machine, dishwasher, TV, WiFi, selection of books. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Off-road parking on driveway. Enclosed garden with patio, seating, and lawn overlooking water. Sorry, no pets and no smoking.
