Sea view villa Manolis with private pool near the beach

A spacious 2 floor villa with a beautiful veranda next to the outdoor private swimming pool, is located in Kalives 10 minutes walk away from the sandy beach of Kalives. This villa has a wonderful coastal view and it is surrounded with olive trees.
It also offers barbeque facilities, free WiFi and a free private parking. You can relax and enjoy your holidays in the wonderful garden of the villa next to the pool.

The space
The villa has a private entrance and you can find the key in the box upon arrival. On the day of departure, you can leave the key at home.
The first floor of the villa has a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, an oven and a microwave, a large fridge and a complete set of cooking utensils. Next to the kitchen there is a table in which you can enjoy your meal. The entrance to the terrace
There is also a living room with a sofa, an armchair and a big TV. Next to the living room there is a large bathroom with a washing machine. Air conditioning is offered.
The second floor offers two bedrooms with air cinditioning and a bathroom. The main bedroom has a double bed and the secont bedroom has two single beds.

Location
Very quiet neighborhood 10 minutes away from the sea and with a super market almost 5 minutes away on foot. You can easily find many Tavernas in the village of Kalives and also in the surrounded area. A 10 minute drive will take you to Plaka and Almyrida where there is a variety of restaurants, bars and souvenir shops.

Getting around
You can easily reach to the Airport by car in just 20 minutes and in Chania center in just 16 minutes. There is also a bus which can take you at Chania center. The bus stop is opposite the super market.

2021 Renovation
Dear customers,
We are pleased to inform you that we have renovated Sea View Villa this year.
On the balconies downstairs and upstairs we replaced the railings with glass. So now you can better enjoy the view of the sea and our beautiful garden.
We also replaced the furniture on the balconies and in the garden around the pool.
Inside, we created a cozy and modern living room with comfortable sofas in front of the glass.
The new curtains in all rooms and the paintings in light blue colors create a pleasant atmosphere.
Our beds have new mattresses and height of 25 cm. Furthermore, our linens are, as always, of good quality.
