3 Lon Y Dryw is a newly built semi-detached house in a prime location in the heart of Trearddur Bay on Holy Island, North Wales. This three-storey property has three bedrooms; a second-floor king-size double with balcony, a second-floor twin and on the first floor 1 large room with 2 bunk beds with adult size mattresses (sleeps 4), sleeping eight guests in total. There is a bathroom with bath and handheld shower, a second-floor shower room and a cloakroom, as well as a kitchen/diner and a first floor sitting room with balcony. Outside, there is off-road parking for two cars and an enclosed rear garden with patio, lawn, seating area and barbecue. 3 Lon Y Dryw is a wonderful property in an excellent location for exploring Trearddur Bay. Note: This property has a Good Housekeeping bond of £200

Town: Trearddur Bay rests on the western shore of Holy Island and boasts a beautiful sweep of low grassy coastline, indented with rocky coves and award-winning sandy beaches with watersports, sailing and windsurfing opportunities. South Stack Lighthouse RSPB Reserve is ideal for nature lovers with renowned birdwatching opportunities and cliff top walks to enjoy. There are shops, pubs and restaurants in Trearddur Bay itself and nearby Holyhead offers a wider range of amenities, including a very good leisure centre, an interesting harbour front, a marina, the world’s second longest breakwater and exciting day trips to Dublin on the ferry.
