Villa Panorama Crete

Villa Panorama is a 2-storey villa (204sq m) built in the middle of a 5,000 sq m olive grove, which offers stunning views from the Souda headland to the hills of Heraklion, surrounded by lush landscaping for maximum privacy.

Entrance
Leaving the car in the parking area -which is completely enclosed, for up to 3 cars- we follow the paved path, lined with native aromatic plants, to the villa.

First Floor
The first floor includes a fully-equipped kitchen, an open, airy and bright sitting room, a cozy living room with a fireplace, one bathroom and two covered verandas.

Kitchen
There is a tasteful kitchen with warm colored wood fittings and a dining area. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you would need to prepare and cook the food that you want during your stay. It also has enough cupboard space to store the food and ingredients that you shop and all the modern appliances you’d expect at home such as a fridge, freezer, oven, stove, microwave, kettle and toaster, etc. and all the necessary kitchen utensils. From here, a glass door opens out to a verandah which has a further outdoor dining area.

Verandas
The first covered veranda -with teak furniture- is ideal for all of your hearty meals, while the other one which has a wooden pergola and a large outdoor lounge is perfect for a cup of tea or an early drink looking over the town of Rethymno and the Cretan sea and enjoying this breathtaking view.


Ground Floor
A staircase with a banister leads to the ground floor where the four bedrooms and the two bathrooms are.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms
All bedrooms are located on the pool level. There are two master bedrooms with double bed and another two bedrooms with twin beds. Baby cot is also available upon request.
On the ground floor you will also find two bathrooms, one with a separate shower room (with a sit-in Jacuzzi) & bathroom and an additional bathroom.

Utility Room
The utility room contains the typical laundry equipment (washing machine, ironing boards, clothes iron, etc.), all the household cleaning products that you might need during your stay and storage shelves that you can use.

Exterior Area
The exterior area consists of a large veranda with two wooden pergolas, a 50 sq m swimming pool ranging in depth from 1.90m to 1.60m & a 10 sq m children's pool with a depth of 0.30m (pools are not available during the winter period, Nov-Apr) and a BBQ area where you can enjoy traditional cooking on the charcoal grill or in the wood stove. In the BBQ area (40sq m) there is also a large wooden table which is sheltered from the midday sun by a pergola with tiled roof. A refrigerator, a sink and cupboard full of crockery and cutlery are included so cooking there is undoubtedly so convenient. Rumors has it that this is one of the most favourite corners of the villa for the majority of our guests.
