Villa Luciana is located in Pefki, near Lindos and only 150m. from the beach. It has three double bedrooms, a bedroom with its own bathroom, a fully equipped bathroom, and an extra WC. Also a fully equipped kitchen and can accommodate up to 6 people

The interior of the living and sitting room is decorated with natural stone and wood. Furniture, lighting and decoration is of the highest standard and specially selected to create an atmosphere of intimacy and familiarity for moments of warmth and relaxation. There's a smart TV set with satellite, DVD player and air conditioners, the use of which are included in the price. The living room opens to the kitchen and an internal staircase leads to the bedrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen has all the electric appliances, including microwave, oven, cooker, dishwasher, washing machine, a big fridge/ freezer, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, grill/sandwich maker and blender. There is a full set of cutlery, cooking utensils and glassware. In the storage room you will also find an iron and ironing board.

Villa Luciana has two double bedrooms with double beds and one bedroom with twin beds. The brand-new quality mattresses provide maximum comfort. A safe deposit box keeps your valuables secure. There are fitted wardrobes in each bedroom. All bedrooms are equipped with smart TV sets with satellite. Linen is changed twice a week, while there are more bed sheets and duvet covers for you to change as often as you wish, free of charge. All bedrooms are fully air-conditioned and provide WiFi with internet access. Baby cot and high chair are available on request.

The villa has one bathroom with shower, one bathroom ensuite to the master bedroom and one WC.

The villa has a private pool, with mosaic. There are also six sunbeds, garden furniture and a built barbecue that you are welcome to use. There is a large garden for children to play. The villa is gated and has a parking space.
