A tastefully decorated holiday home, ideal location, close to the beach and city

3. Rent of bed linen is mandatory. Please bring your own bed linen for the baby cot.
5. Renting towels is optional, costs 9.50 euros per set of two towels. S.v.p. at least 1 week before arrival.
6. The deposit will be refunded to your bank account as soon as possible, but in any case within two weeks after your stay. 
7. Throughout 2025 and 2026, there are works in the area where the house is located, we do not expect you to be inconvenienced by this, but do not want to withhold this information from you.

Holiday home Boulevard is a tastefully decorated holiday home with a very ideal, quiet location directly behind the boulevard, less than five hundred meters from the beach. In less than five minutes by bike you are in the cosy centre of Vlissingen with nice restaurants and terraces at the Bellamypark. At night it is also wonderful on the Boulevard. You can take a walk, grab a terrace or get an ice cream. There are also several cozy restaurants here. The monuments and provincial capital Middelburg, the fashionable Domburg and the picturesque Veere can all be reached in about twenty minutes by car. If you like to play golf, you can do so in Middelburg or Domburg. From Vlissingen you can take the bicycle-foot ferry to Breskens.

Holiday home Boulevard has a cosy, enclosed garden with a terrace and a lovely, covered lounge area where you can even sit late in the evening. You will enter holiday home Boulevard in a hall where you enter the living room with attractive sitting area, dining area and semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is modern and equipped with every comfort including a dishwasher and a microwave. From the living room you can access the backyard through the garden door. The utility room has a washing machine and dryer. In the hall is a steep staircase to the floor, at the top of the stairs is a stair gate. On the first floor is a double bedroom (with space for a baby cot) and a small bedroom with two single beds. The bathroom has a bath, walk-in shower and sink. There is only 1 toilet in the house, this is in the hall on the ground floor.

Holiday home Boulevard is a nice, comfortable family home with an ideal location short from the beach and the city. The house is suitable for couples and for families with children. Especially with older children, they can walk or cycle alone to the beach or the city.
You can park your car next to the house. Bicycles in the backyard, there is no bicycle shed.
