Located on the hillside in the Kiziltas district of Kalkan, The villa has three bedrooms with a full capacity for 6 guests.The villa is stylishly furnished and has everything guests need to enjoy their holiday

The stylish and spacious open-plan living room area has a 3-seater sofa, 2-seater sofa, 2 armchairs, dining table, satellite TV, DVD, docking station, internet access and patio doors to the pool terrace, allow fabulous views out to the bay.

The modern kitchen has a granite worktop and is fully equipped with fan oven, fridge/freezer, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and coffee machine, plus all utensils, glasses, cutlery and crockery.

There is a utility room complete with washing machine, iron, ironing board, clothes dryer and plenty of drying space.

The 3 bedrooms are all en-suite with balconies or terrace access. (The master bedroom has a marble en-suite with Jacuzzi bath)

Outside The villa’s large sun terrace has a built-in BBQ and is furnished with luxury wooden sunbeds, cushions, tables and parasols. The private pool can be completely secluded by the use of a curtain system and is therefore suitable for those guests looking for complete privacy be it for religious or other reasons. The pool is some 5.5 x 3.5 metres (and 1.6 m deep) For alfresco dining there is a beautiful, shaded area overlooking the villas pretty garden, with views over the bay and Kalkans mountains backdrop.

Like many villas in Kalkan, this villa is situated on quite a steep slope, about 2 km from the centre. Consequently, whilst walking to the centre may not be difficult, the steep nature of the return journey would mean that most guests would prefer either to use the local taxis or rent a vehicle when staying at this lovely villa.
The nightly rates shown are based on a minimum of 7 nights occupancy. Accordingly please note that for reservations of 6 nights or less there is an additional charge of 3500 TL for cleaning of the villa , payable in cash on arrival .
