It comes with two bedrooms, comprising of a double bedroom with an en-suite walk-in shower, Jacuzzi bath, basin and WC and a twin bedroom, together sleeping four people and served by a shower room with a with walk-in shower, basin and WC. Completing the interior is a kitchen, a dining/conservatory and a sitting room with gas fire. Outside, there is off-road parking for one car and a rear garden with lawn area and patio area with table and chairs and gas barbecue. The Ground floor flat is the perfect property for exploring the welsh town of Llandudno. Note: The property is closed out from October 2024 re extensive building works
