Indoor facilities
On the ground floor, there is a living room area that offers a comfortable stay and it is equipped with a flat-screen TV, there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dining table and facilities. This Villa consists of three bedrooms, with two double and one single bed with ensuite bathrooms. On the ground floor, there is a bedroom with a double-size bed, an ensuite bathroom, a gazing sea and pool view, and direct access to the exterior area. On the first floor, there are two bedrooms, one with a double-size bed and an ensuite bathroom and one with twin-size beds that can be converted into a double-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. The Villa has been furnished with minimal décor, although the few furnishings that have gone into making the structure have been carefully and tastefully chosen to enhance the aesthetics, comfort, and luxury of the villa. With a max. capacity to host 8 guests, the spacious-built villa is ready to welcome you! The amenities include Wi-Fi, Cable-satellite TV, air-conditioning, and many more that will make your stay a very comfortable one.

Outdoor facilities
On the outside, the villa has shaded areas and pergolas, making it a perfect place to stay during your vacation. A large swimming pool offers you relaxation and at the end of the day enjoy the magnificent sunset while drinking a glass of wine. The entire property has been crafted to give you a heightened sense of relaxation and peace. Overlooking the deep blue Cretan Sea, and its Pool, the Levanda villa is the perfect combination of everything Greek – the pleasantly warm sun and the refreshing emerald sea, in a stylish environment with a breathtaking view of the Cretan Sea.
The villa is part of a complex with five luxurious & autonomous villas, located one close to the other. Four of the villas have two floors while the fifth is a one-floor villa.

From 2024, as stated in article 53 of Law 4389/2016 (A’ 94), there is a resilience fee to the climate crisis that is 15€ per night/villa from April to October and 4€ per night/villa from November to March. This fee will be paid in cash upon arrival.
