Détendez-vous sur la plage dans les chaises fournies! Le maître détient un lit queen size, la deuxième chambre contient 2 lits jumeaux et il y a un canapé-lit. Salon spacieux avec plancher en bois lamellé. Superbe balcon avec vue sur la plage, la piscine intérieure et la zone de grillade extérieure. Cette unité fait face à l'est. Il y a quelque chose pour tout le monde dans la famille à A Place at the Beach. Les parents pourront se détendre au bord de la piscine intérieure ou extérieure ou s'asseoir dans le bain à remous nouvellement conçu pour terminer une autre belle journée à la plage. Les enfants apprécieront le toboggan et les éclaboussures dans la piscine, le mini-golf, l'aire de jeux et les amitiés d'été! Les réservations de 5 nuits ou plus incluent les draps. Wonderful time with family!

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Needs a thourough cleaning especially in cabinets in kitchen and bathrooms and closets. Bathroom floors need replacing especially in master. Sliding glass door in terrible shape! I had to clean it to get it to slide and it still fell out 1 time. It looked clean when walk in and enjoyed being with family at A Place at the Beach! All people very nice but checking in was difficult! Didn’t have us on rental list!

Wrist band police

Have to have wrist bands on while on property can’t have visitors outside your six people. Water slide was broken 5 out of our 7 days. Should have had backup parts on sight. Outdated unit with terrible cleaning

Look before you book

Good location , great pool area. Property housekeeping must not be checked behind / dirty caked on food on skillets in the cabinet , register for air conditioning very dirty, dusty baseboards , dust mites terrible on the beds 🤨. Property manager was very nice and good to work with

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed our week staying in this condo. There were a few things that keep me from giving the rental 5 stars. There was a front stove eye that didn't work. The shower for the second bathroom was not working in terms of adjusting water temperature. After I called and informed the rental agency about these problems they sent someone to fix the issues. Although the stove eye was not fixed. Other than these issues we have a great time and would return.

Great place!

Checked in late and the condo had not been cleaned. It was past the kids’ bedtime so just cleaned it myself, not a huge deal. The place was in a great location in the condo complex (close to both pools, grills and beach access). A Place at the Beach is an awesome complex with lots of entertainment. Overall, very pleased!

Do not Rent With These People

Unhappy with this condo

Our condo was filthy when we got in. The bathroom was very dirty and master bed room hadn’t been dusted or vacuumed. I tried called the realty office and couldn’t get in touch. I had to clean the bathroom myself. Very disappointed!!

Great place but terrible realty company service

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Unit was not ready for check in, office staff called a day early and told us we were late checking out, and this call was repeated again on checkout day despite us leaving early and following their checkout instructions. Promises were made and not kept but nothing was done to resolve the situation not even an apology. APATB is wonderful and the unit was fine minus the few roaches we had to kill and the stove burners that didn’t work.
