Our designer two bedroom apartment ticks so many boxes when it comes to view, location, and style. Located right in the Spanish Arch you cannot find a more perfect base for exploring the city.

**Strictly no under 25s unless travelling with family**

The apartment is located on the second floor of a quiet building with elevator. Enjoy amazing river, Claddagh, Spanish Arch, and city views from your private Romeo & Juliet balcony. The apartment is bright with lots of natural light coming in from the balcony and large porthole window. Finished to an exceptional high standard of comfort and design it offers all the functionality needed for a short, executive, or medium term stay.

The living, dining, and kitchen are open plan. The kitchen is fully stocked with all dishware, major appliances, and washer and dryer. A 50 inch TV offers all smart channels and a few local ones. Wifi is throughout the apartment and there is a good work space should you need to catch up on emails. Dining seats 6.

There are two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The master bedroom is en suite with a walk in shower and king size (5ft) bed and wardrobe space.The second bedroom has a double ( 4ft6) bed with wardrobe and shares the bathroom in the hall, which also has a walk in shower.

The train and coach station is a 15 minute walk. Paid parking is nearby within 5 minutes walk.

We provide linens, towels, a start supply of paper products including shampoo, soap, dishwasher tabs, and laundry tabs.

Things to note: STRICTLY over 25s no exception, unless travelling with family. We do not rent to locals. This is a quiet apartment and is noise sensitive. No parties, no smoking, no pets. The home is equipped with a noise monitor, noise violations over the accepted threshold will result in a loss of security deposit.

PEACE OF MIND:
This property uses the Cloverleaf Peace of Mind Checklist, which follows cleaning and disinfection guidelines provided by the CDC, EPA, and World Health Organization. All of our properties are cleaned thoroughly, and we disinfect our bathrooms,kitchens, and major touch points like light switches, doorknobs, tabletops,electronics, appliances, lock boxes/digital keypads, and control panels.

Ideal for families, couples, and as a work at home alternative. What's not to love about this gorgeous home?!

Monthly stays are for max 2 guests. Monthly guests will be required to pay for electricity and heating of 8 euros per day and a deep clean of e100

This place was in the heart of Galway. Shops, restaurants, and pubs were within short walking distance. This place is first class, our best rental while touring Ireland.

Location, Location, Location!

This rental is located in the heart of Galway- we couldn't have asked for a better location for exploring the city. That being said, revelers on the street were quite loud well into sleeping hours. Not great for our kids' sleep. Pack ear plugs and a white noise machine.

Not bad once you can get in

We booked this place because of it's location and it said it had a king size bed. The location was good but the bed was not king size as stated. The worst part of this stay was that we had not received our check-in instructions by the check-in time of 4pm and the company was not responding to my messages. I then called the VRBO customer service number and they weren't able to reach the property management company either. We were in the process of getting a refund when the check-in instructions were finally sent at 6:15pm. You can imagine the stress this caused us not knowing where we would be staying. I would not rent from Apex Accommodation Services, Ltd ever again after this experience.

The property overlooked the parade at the Spanish Arch overlooking the Carribe River. Beautiful location, very convenient to everything. I would recommend this property. Bright, airy, clean. Totally enjoyed our stay.

Great Location

Our apartment had, as stated, a Romeo & Juliet balcony facing the water. The apartment was nice although trying to find it using car navigation is problematic as when you arrive using the street adress, it is really on the other side of a building to the right of a Chinese/Thai restaurant. There is an outside gate with keypad and another lockbox with the keys to the building door and apartment door. Be sure and watch your email before arriving for the details. Apartment was as promised. The location is very good as you are about 1 block from a grocery and 2 - 3 blocks from the Spanish Quarter entertainment area (plenty of pubs, music, restaurants, bars, shopping, etc.

Mostly awesome

The stay was very enjoyable for the most part. The good: 1. Cleanliness 2. Location 3. “Escape room” entrance (Note: for key pick up, etc. , follow the instructions!) 4. Laundry facilities were good 5. Kitchen utensils/glassware excellent 6. Shower pressure very good 7. Local market right below our rooms! 8. Open kitchen/dining/lounge area was great 9. Romeo/Juliette balcony 10. Security Not so good: 1. En suite sink was plugged - took 2 nights for it to be useable! 2. Logistics of sharing only 1set of keys (!?) between 2 couples, made throwing them from our balcony to the roommates, was crazy and unnecessary. Eg. if you were going in early and left the key in the entrance lockbox for your roommates to use later, you couldn’t because you couldn’t get yourself in once the keys were locked up…! A second set of keys is a critical shortcoming of this VRBO. 3. Clothes dryer very finicky. Rooms are quite hot (with not heater turned on. Had to leave windows open for air. Rain came/wind blew continually in the windows/balcony. All in all, would stay here again. 8.5/10

Central location

Apartment was great. Kitchen well stocked. Great location in city center! You will need to park first then unload. Info that may be helpful- we stayed in July, Thursday-Sunday and the Spanish arch area below the apartment was extremely busy and loud. People late into the night and 6:00 am workers and machines with noisy birds all the time! We were a group of 4 older adults. We still enjoyed our stay!

Outstanding location

The apartment has a beautiful view. It’s close to the Spanish Arch which is located near Shop Street, the quay, coastal walk and river walk. Lots of restaurants and cafes in easy walking distance. Communication with the host company was excellent. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again in f we come to Galway.

We had an amazing time in Galway and this rental was a big part of it. The apartment is very beautiful, spacious, modern and extremely clean. The location is terrific: we walked from the train station and were a super quick walk to everything we wanted to do. The Latin quarter is literally across the street. Our hosts were quick to respond to questions and check in/out was easy. We loved our stay and highly recommend it!

The location was excellent. We were right in town next to the water at the base of the Latin Quarter. We walked to dinner each night. The Cliffs of Moher were 1 hour and 30 minutes away. We had a wonderful time.

Family Birthday Trip

The view was amazing and the place had everything we needed. It is a great location too. The only issue was trying to get the keys out of the lockbox in the pouring rain … and the first shower was a little cold . But if you read all the information they provide everything is explained. Would stay again !

Wonderful Stay!

Amazing location (perfect for walking around Galway and catching Aran Islands ferry), lovely apartment with all the amenities we wanted, great check-in/check-out system, and good communication with manager. For those not used to living in a city, you might hear some noise from folks walking by late at night (it's a quiet location, so even conversations stand out), but nothing out of the ordinary or even that loud. Would highly recommend!

Hard No Unless You Are Partying w/ Friends

14 year old drunk kids outside your window yelling, fighting and blasting music until 3-4 AM depending on weekday v weekend. You will not sleep. Close the windows for some quiet but then it's a hotbox and you still hear bass from music. There's a reason this is let out and not lived in, it's not livable. Spanish Arch is for preteens. Cops walked through a few times but it doesn't matter. I'll remove this when the Galway Guarda let me know they've cleaned up the arch area.

Location - Comfort - Clean

Great location to the busy bars and shops on Quay, and the less busy west end. We walked from the train station with no issue. Check in was easy and detailed. The space was clean and comfortable. It was our last stop on a long vacation and enjoyed cooking and watching tv one night. This place is bookmarked as we will be back!
